Love is Our Name Tag

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
(John 13:34-35, NIV)

This week, we are reminded by Jesus to love others the way He loved us: with kindness, patience, forgiveness, and selflessness. Today, we are reminded and encouraged for our love to be a reflection of Christ.

UNSHAKEN: God's People In a Shaking World

"4 Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. 6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. Conquering Evil Through Goodness

"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
(Romans 12:21, NIV)

As we start a new week, God comes through with His reminder of urging us to follow the more Holy path amidst the trying world that has constantly shaken our resolve to be one. Despite our worldly tendencies, may we always be encouraged by our faith to practice goodness in all ways.
