Who doesn't love receiving a thoughtful greeting on one's birthday or anniversary? This is one of the simple features of the OGD that Pastoral Heads can use.

Jolu Reyes, a Cluster Head of MM West C3, checks the OGD on a daily basis to find out who is celebrating a birthday or a wedding anniversary. He sends a private and personal greeting to the celebrant, and makes group announcements so that everyone could greet each other.

This simple task aids him in his role as a Pastoral Head. Aside from the birthdays and wedding anniversaries, he also able to look into the celebrator's spiritual formation and evaluate what the specific CFC member needs. He can use this to assess their strengths and weaknesses, and then push for empowerment or encouragement. He can be both a caring friend and a responsible Pastoral Leader through the OGD.

What is most important to Jolu is that through his growing relationship with his members, he is able to bring them closer to Christ and journey with them to a life of holiness with a few clicks throughout the OGD.
