If you’ve cried already, then it’s time to rest and leave everything in God’s hands. Let Him do His part. You’ve done yours.⁣

If you’ve waited already, then it’s time to stop wearing yourself out. Be still, and know God and His character as you wait. Believe that even in your waiting, He is working.⁣⁣

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians‬ ‭4:6-7‬)‬‬⁣⁣

Walk in faith and not in fear today. Don’t worry about things God has already worked out in your life. You already did what you know best. Now, leave everything to God. He’s got you.⁣⁣

PAIN AND PURPOSE

Well, pain is inevitable. Kung di ka nasasaktan, baka di ka talaga nagmamahal - in any ways, discipleship, family, romantic relationship - whatever would that be, PAIN is there.

As a leader, perhaps hindi ka tunay na nag-didisciple kung di ka na nasasaktan. More commonly: rejection, being ignored and even abandonment.

Of all the pains, and of all of its circumstances, ABANDONMENT is the hardest to chew and accept. Yung tipong walang bahid na iiwanan ka. Yung bigla nalang nawala. Even JESUS was abandoned by 'disciples close to His heart.'

So di tayo excused sa sakit.

The best thing is: in every pain, there is a purpose.

Kapit lang, may ginagawa si LORD. Bukas makalawa, testimony yan :) 😀😁

PSALMS 30: 5b but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.

AT MAY ALIKABOK NA NGA..

Naniniwala ako na kapag gustong gusto mo ang isang tao, you really want to spend time with them.

Yayain mo ako sa Dinner? Tara.
Gusto mong manood ng sine? Tara.
Gusto mong samahan kitang mamalengke? Tara.

Everything is a date, kase you want to be with that person, diba?

Because being with them, you get to know them.
and you understand them more.

Kahit nga hindi physical na magkasama, kahit video, chat, call or text man yan, if you spend time with them, you get to know them.

Ewan ko, siguro love language ko ang Quality Time, kaya gusto ko sana palagi ko nakakausap or kasama yung mga taong gusto ko.
(coming from someone na walang personal social media. Haha.)

Pero I know everyone will agree that if you love them, may oras ka para sa kanila.

So bakit kaya sabi sa survey na nabasa ko, 61% lamang ng mga Christians dito sa Pinas ang nagbabasa ng Bibles nila.

Asan na ung 39%? 🤔

Nung bata ako, sabi sa isang youth camp na naattendan ko.
"Your Bible is God's love letter for you." ❤️

Aba, kung susulatan ako ng loveletter ng Crush ko, baka araw araw ko yon basahin, or baka ipaframe ko pa.

What more if the Lord gave YOU His love letter? Hindi bat mas valuable ito kesa sa loveletter ng crush mo na hindi mo naman makakatuluyan in the end? (hehe, ouch ba?)

Gusto ko lang i-address yung concerns nating mga Christian ngayon generation natin, na ~ hanap tayo ng hanap ng will ni Lord para satin, hanap tayo ng hanap ng plano ni Lord at ung gusto Niya para satin.. PERO pag hinanap mo ung personal Bible nya, ayun, may alikabok na nga. O kaya nasa pinakadulo ng phone apps nya, nauna pa si Tiktok.

Are you part of that 61%? or that 39%?

If you love the Lord, spend time with Him.
Get to know Him more and ask for His wisdom so you can understand His word for you.

Sayang naman yung kay gandang Bible mo kung inaalikabok lang naman sa gilid ng kwarto mo.

Ayun lang naman. 😆

Nung bata ako, meron kaming Sari-sari Store.
Madami kaming paninda, at uso pa noon ang malalaking bote ng Coke.

Isang araw, naglalaro yung kapatid kong si Wel, (noon ay nasa 4-5 years old palang) Kinuha nya yung Bote ng Coke, at aksidente nya itong nabagsak.

At ewan ko ba, ang unang naging reaksyon ko ay saluhin yung bote. 10 or 11 years old lang ako non. Syempre, alam nyo na ang susunod na nangyari, nabasag yung bote at nahiwa ako ng piraso nito.

Malaki yung sugat. Hanggang ngayon, may scar pa din sya sa daliri ko. Pero takot na takot ako non. Kase pag nakita ni Nanay na may nabasag sa paninda nya, papaluin nya kami ni Wel.

Kaya kahit feeling ko noon nauubusan na ng dugo ung daliri ko, inayos kong mabuti ung mga bubog at nagpunas ng sahig.

Kumuha din ako ng malaking panyo tapos binalot ko ung daliri ko.

Dumating si Nanay at nakita nya yung kalat. Haha. What do you expect from a 10 year old na may malaking sugat sa kamay. Syempre, ndi maayos ung linis ko.

Napagalitan ako. Di ko tanda kung napalo ako. Hindi yata.

Pero tinago ko ung darili ko na may sugat. Nasa isip ko non, baka lalo akong mapagalitan pag nakita na may sugat ako.

Eventually nakita din naman ni Nanay, at oo, napagalitan ako.

Pero dahil nakita nya yung sugat, nalagyan na ito ng tamang gamot,.

Tanda ko non, kulang nalang ay maligo ng betadine ang kamay ko kakalinis ni Nanay.

At gumaling din naman ito after some time.

Many Christians now a days HIDES their wounds from the Lord kase feeling natin papagalitan lang tayo. or iko-condemn lang tayo ni Lord ~ kase technically, kasalanan naman natin kung bat tayo may sugat in the first place.

But we have to realize that GRACE is beyond our feelings.

Grace is the result of God's love for us. Wala tayong need gawin to become worthy of it. Free sya para sating lahat.

All we have to do is to COME TO JESUS.
and allow Him to heal you. and restore you.

Higit sa lahat ng pag-ibig na alam mo, ang Pagi-ibig at pagpapatawad Niya ay hinding hindi magbabago para sayo.

Ayun lang.
JESUS CAN HEAL WHAT YOU'RE HIDING.

Dear Youth...

Dear Youth,

I know it can be fun, cool, thrilling, and exciting sometimes. Truth is, I've been there, too. Though my past is not that colorful, I didn't drink, smoke, go to wild parties, get hook up to one relationship to another, be on affair or third party and be on trending videos revealing myself, I am not greater than you.

I consider myself a worst sinner still. (Just like what Paul said on 1 Timothy 1:15)

I've had previous decisions from my past that I still regret and hoped that my younger self shouldn't have done it.

"Break the rules."
"You only live once."
"It's just a one mistake, no one will be affected."

You do it now, you regret later. Sin looks fun in the beginning, but it will leave you empty and guilty in the end. The more that you play with the fire and think that you're strong enough to handle it, the more that you'll feel yourself so lost until you can't go back anymore.

Temptations and worldy affirmation from social media or from your friends will not fulfill you. I know that there's something in your heart that no one else can fill. Even if you've had a lot of achievements, praises, relationships and money, you know for yourself that you're not happy.

I understand.

You get pressured by your peers because you fear of being alone so you do it.
You desire the fame and praises that you get from people.
You see your value from a lot of men/women who adore you.

But you don't need to go with the flow just to be accepted. God accepted you already. He values you. He's thinking of you. And He's longing for you.

I hope that you don't waste your time doing the things that are temporary but on things that are eternal and worthy of your calling.

You can stand out. You're called. You don't need to belittle yourself just because of your age, God is able to use you.

"Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom." Psalm 90:12

Seek wisdom while you're still young. Be humble and be teachable. Forgive your past self and learn from it so you can avoid unnecessary pains, it will help you grow mature in faith.
