The University-Wide Block Rosary has officially begun! 💙 Today, we start our journey of prayer and unity with our first destination the College of Fisheries. 🙏✨

Just like the ocean waves, let our faith ripple across the whole university as we entrust everything to Mama Mary.

Every October, the Church invites us to reflect on the beauty and power of the Holy Rosary. This devotion is more than just a repetition of prayers—it is a journey through the life of Christ and the loving intercession of our Blessed Mother Mary.

There’s a story of a soldier who carried his rosary every day. In moments of fear, he would pray the Hail Mary, and he found courage and peace even in the most dangerous battles. When asked why he prayed the Rosary, he said: “Because it reminds me that I am never alone—Our Lady is always with me.”

Like that soldier, we too face battles every day—whether struggles in school, family, work, or even within ourselves. The Rosary is our spiritual weapon and shield, guiding us closer to Jesus and giving us strength to endure.

As we celebrate this month, may we find time to pray the Rosary daily, offer it for peace in our world, for healing of the sick, and for the strengthening of our families and communities.

Let us honor Mary, our Mother, by holding on to her gift of prayer. Truly, the Rosary is a chain that links heaven and earth.
