Niadtong Agosto 25, 2026, gipahigayon ang Formation bahin sa Synodality ug Bag-ong Guidelines alang sa Pastoral Chapel Officers, ubos sa direktiba ni Archbishop Alberto “Abet” Uy, D.D., ang Arsobispo sa Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cebu.

Human sa Santos nga Misa, gipahigayon ang eleksyon sa bag-ong mga opisyal:

📢 Pahibalo sa Tanang Kristohanon! 🙏

Magkita-kita ta ugma sa atong First Friday Mass sa alas 7:00 sa gabii dinhi sa Sto. Niño Chapel – Center Calajo-an.

Atong usab nga saulogon ang Thanksgiving Mass isip pagpasalamat sa Ika-8 nga Anibersaryo sa Pagkapari ni Rev. Fr. Eva Chibuzo Asadu, MLCC, nga maoy atong main presider.

Sa tanang mga kabataan sa atong kapilya, gina-awhag kamo nga motambong sa maong Misa. Human sa Misa, adunay gagmay'ng salo-salo nga giandam alang kaninyo.

Mag-uban kita sa pag-ampo ug pagpasalamat sa Ginoo. Kitakits ta ugma! 💙🙏

Adunay ipahigayon nga GENERAL MEETING isip pagpangandam sa umaabot nga Fiesta ni Señor San Roque, ang atong Segundo Patron ug Patron sa Kabatan-onan.

Ang inyong presensya, partisipasyon, ug mga ideya mahinungdanon aron mahimong malampuson ug mapuslanon ang atong kasaulogan. Magtinabangay kita sa pagpalig-on sa atong pagtuo, panaghiusa, ug pag-alagad isip mga batan-ong Kristohanon.

𝗜𝗡 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗝𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗬𝗡 𝗠. 𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗕𝗘

With profound sorrow and deep faith in God's promise of eternal life, we announce the passing of our beloved Jocelyn M. Basabe, affectionately known in our community as "𝗠𝗮 𝗝𝗼𝘆"" or "𝐍𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐨𝐲"

𝗠𝗮 𝗝𝗼𝘆 will always be remembered as a loving and devoted mother to her two sons, a caring grandmother to her beloved grandchildren, and a woman whose life was marked by kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith.

She faithfully served as a former Chapel Officer of Sto. Niño Chapel – Center Calajo-an and was an active member of various religious organizations. Her sincere devotion to Our Lady, Mother Mary inspired many and reflected her steadfast commitment to God and the Church.

Her mortal remains now lie in state at her residence in Center Calajo-an, Minglanilla, Cebu, where family and friends are welcome to offer their prayers, love, and final respects.

Funeral Mass
Date: July 12, 2026 (Sunday)
Time: 1:00 PM
Venue: Roman Catholic Cemetery Chapel
Interment will immediately follow after the Funeral Mass.

The bereaved family humbly invites relatives, friends, neighbors, and all who knew and loved Ma Joy to join us in praying for the eternal repose of her soul and to accompany her on her final earthly journey.
