RELIEF MISSION FOR BALUT ISLAND

In the spirit of compassion and Christian solidarity, the United Church Aid and Relief Services Inc. (UCCP CARES), in partnership with the South Cotabato Sarangani District Conference, will conduct a Relief Mission on July 20–26, 2026 to respond to the urgent needs of our brothers and sisters in Balut Island, who were greatly affected by the recent earthquake.

Through the collective efforts of UCCP CARES, individual members and partners, local churches, conferences, and global mission organizations, we bring not only relief—but also hope, healing, and the love of Christ in action.

Together, we are mobilizing resources to provide essential aid such as food packs and hygiene kits to affected families. In times of devastation, your generosity becomes a lifeline and a beacon of hope.

We humbly invite everyone to take part in this mission of compassion:

The recent flooding caused by 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 has greatly affected our brothers and sisters in 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗴, 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻. Many families have been displaced and are now seeking safety and shelter. As 𝗨𝗖𝗖𝗣 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗽 temporarily serves as an evacuation shelter for our UCCP Damatog church members, we humbly ask for your generosity, support, and prayers. Together, let us respond with compassion and extend God's love to those in need. 🤍

• Food items (canned goods, instant noodles, bread, biscuits, coffee, and clean drinking water)

CYF Midsayap is grateful for every moment shared, every lesson learned, every praise lifted, and every friendship strengthened throughout this fellowship.

With grateful hearts, we extend our sincerest thanks to the College Student Government (CSG) of Southern Christian College for generously donating school supplies to our Vacation Church School (VCS) students during the VCS 2026 Closing Program held last May 16, 2026. 🎒✏️

Your kindness and support brought joy and encouragement to the children and have become a true blessing to our ministry. Thank you for sharing your generosity and for helping make the VCS experience more meaningful for the children.

We joyfully celebrate the closing of Vacation Church School held last May 16, 2026, with the theme: “𝘈𝘬𝘰 𝘢𝘺 𝘬𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘨 𝘋𝘪𝘺𝘰𝘴.”

Throughout the program, the children were reminded that they are created in the image of God, uniquely made, deeply loved, and called to reflect His goodness in their lives.

This celebration is not just an ending, but a reminder of growth and of God’s work in every young heart.

To our dear children, may you continue to walk in faith, live with kindness, and shine as children of God wherever you go.

To the teachers, volunteers, and parents, thank you for your love, support, and dedication in making this VCS a blessed experience.

Bring your kids (ages 3–11) and let them learn about God in fun, meaningful, and exciting ways.

🗓 May 11–16 (Monday–Saturday)
⏰ 8:00 AM–11:00 AM
🎓 Graduation Day: Saturday, 2:00 PM

Extension classes will also be held in Cala Area and Damatog UCCP.

A heartfelt thank you to our volunteer teachers, staff, and snack sponsors for your generosity, service, and love for children. May the Lord bless you abundantly as you help build His kingdom.

We're opening our next Communicants' Class and we want you there!

If you’re 12 years old and above and want to learn more about the foundation of our life and faith as United Church of Christ in the Philippines, we warmly encourage you to join this weeklong class.

More than preparing you for confirmation as a church member, this is an opportunity to grow deeper in your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and understand your place in the ministry of His church.

🗓 Classes: May 11–16 (Monday–Saturday, morning sessions)
⛪ Confirmation: May 17 (Sunday) during the Divine Worship Service

Remember to bring your Bible, notebook, and pen.
