The wait is over! The final day of our Flores de Mayo has arrived. Together, we will empower young souls, nurture and protect them by the presence and knowledge from our God Almighty.

We are proud to witnessed the result of our dedication, which were further strengthened by the genuine sponsorship and the active participation of our Youth volunteers.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the following sponsors for helping make Flores de Mayo 2026 a meaningful and successful celebration.

• Genetiano, Caspe, and Celis/Quevido Family for the shirts and tarpaulins.
• Barangay Captain Shiela Marie Paña for the school supplies.
• Most especially to the Uy Family, Ms. Pia, and Owen Princesa for generously providing food and drinks for the children.

We would also like to sincerely acknowledge all the parents and guardians who attended and supported this culmination day. Your guidance, encouragement, and warmth throughout the children’s preparation made this celebration even more meaningful and memorable for everyone, especially for the kids.

Our deepest appreciation also goes to our dear catechist, Mrs. Maritess B. Princesa, for her hard work, patience, and dedication; to our Chapel President, Salome Violan; and to the KPC and GKK members who joined us on this special day. We are truly honored by your presence and participation.

Most especially, to our youth volunteers — thank you for your wholehearted service, sacrifices, and unwavering encouragement since day one. May you continue serving the Kingdom of God and guiding children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. Let us continue spreading the Gospel so that no soul may be lost.

We are now down to the final week of Flores de Mayo, and our hearts are filled with gratitude for everyone who became part of this meaningful journey.

To all the parents and guardians, thank you for allowing your children to join and learn more about Flores de Mayo and the deep devotion to Mama Mary. Your support and trust truly mean so much to us.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the GKKs and families who generously donated snacks for the kids throughout the month. Your kindness and generosity helped make every session extra special and joyful for the children.

A very special thank you to our ever-active and supportive Catechist, Ma’am Maritess Princesa, for continuously guiding us, pushing us beyond our limits, and helping us grow into better Youth Catechists. Your dedication and patience inspired us in so many ways.

Calling all youth members of the Parish Youth Ministry of the Archdiocesan Shrine of Sr. Sto. Niño! You are all warmly invited and encouraged to join our Eucharistic Celebration on May 24, 2026 (Sunday) at 5:30 PM.

As the Poblacion District serves as the sponsor for the Holy Mass, let us come together in faith, unity, and active participation. May this celebration strengthen our relationship with God and inspire us to continue serving Him through our ministry.

𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊 2 , 𝐖𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐃! 🤍✨

This week was filled with so much fun, laughter, and meaningful lessons from the sessions prepared by our assigned Youth Volunteers. Seeing the students actively participate and show consistent attendance truly warms our hearts. It’s inspiring to see how eager they are to learn—not only about Flores de Mayo, but also about the beauty and teachings of the Catholic faith.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the GKKs and families who generously provided snacks for our students. Your kindness and support mean so much to us. May God bless you tenfold for your generosity! 🤍

ꜰᴇᴀꜱᴛ ᴏꜰ ᴏᴜʀ ʟᴀᴅʏ ᴏꜰ ꜰᴀᴛɪᴍᴀ 🤍✨

In celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima, our Flores de Mayo students brought to life the story of the apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary through a heartfelt role play presentation.

The apparition began in 𝟭𝟵𝟭𝟳, when the Virgin Mary reportedly appeared six times to three shepherd children in Fatima, Portugal—𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮, age 10, and her cousins 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼, age 9, and 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮, age 7. During these apparitions, Mary encouraged everyone to pray the Holy Rosary for world peace and for the end of World War I. The final apparition on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟯, 𝟭𝟵𝟭𝟳 became known as the “𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐧” witnessed by thousands of people.

Our students successfully portrayed this meaningful event with confidence, dedication, and joy. Their performance not only shared the story of Our Lady of Fatima, but also reminded everyone of the importance of prayer, faith, and devotion to Mama Mary.

May Our Lady of Fatima continue to guide us in our everyday lives, strengthen our faith, and hear the prayers we carry in our hearts. 🤍

𝙃𝘼𝙋𝙋𝙔 𝙈𝙊𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙍’𝙎 𝘿𝘼𝙔 𝙂𝙍𝙀𝙀𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙁𝙍𝙊𝙈 𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙁𝙇𝙊𝙍𝙀𝙎 𝘿𝙀 𝙈𝘼𝙔𝙊 𝙎𝙏𝙐𝘿𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎!✨🤍

Today, we celebrate all the amazing mothers whose love, strength, and sacrifices make every home feel warmer and brighter. As Princess Diana once said, “𝗔 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲’𝘀.” No matter how old we get, there will always be something healing and comforting about a mother’s hug. 🫂

𝙒𝙀𝙀𝙆 1, 𝙒𝙍𝘼𝙋𝙋𝙀𝘿! 🤍✨

Together with the Chapel Youth Ministry Officers and our Youth Volunteers, we successfully conducted the first week of Flores de Mayo under the guidance of our catechist, Ma’am Maritess Princesa.

We began by teaching the children about the true meaning and importance of Flores de Mayo and why we celebrate this beautiful tradition. We also guided them in praying the basic prayers and the rosary.

Learning became even more meaningful because we also had fun together through the games prepared by our assigned Youth Volunteers. Seeing the children participate, learn, and enjoy made the whole experience extra special.
