Reaching people with the gospel is not enough; they must be formed into disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. Through the G12 Vision, they can produce fruit that will last. Everyone is encouraged to attain leadership qualifications in a short period of time. This process is developed through series of steps that we call: The Ladder of Success (Win, Consolidate, Disciple and Send) and is based on the
Biblical principle of “The Twelve”. STRATEGY: LADDER OF SUCCESS
WIN: This involves evangelism through the cell, through concerts, through crusades, through church drama plays and those converts on Sunday services. CONSOLIDATE: Consolidation is the care and attention that we should give to every new believer in order to reproduce in him the character of Christ with the aim that he fulfills the purpose of God for his life which is to bear fruit that remain. DISCIPLE: The equipping of new believers to grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ and equip them to become future leaders and disciple-makers. “If you learn something and it changes you, you have made progress. But if you learn something and it changes others, you changing the world.”
SEND: The final stage of the ladder where in the believer is sent into the harvest filed to take his place in this tremendous event. PURPOSE: To love God and to love other people.
• Matthew 22:37, 39, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
