We were blessed last Sunday by the powerful message delivered by Brother Caskey Chukka entitled:

“Many Sides of Love: The 3 D’s of Love”

Love is Discerning – True love is not blind. It seeks wisdom, truth, and what is right before God.
Love is Demanding – Real love calls us higher. It challenges us to grow, correct, and strengthen one another.
Love is Deliberate – Love is not accidental. It is a daily decision to act with kindness, patience, and faithfulness.

Thank you to everyone for the wonderful fellowship and encouragement. May we continue to live out love in action every day.

🙏 Neighborhood Door-Knocking | Church of Christ, LP–Gatchalian

Earlier yesterday, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 NN, members of the Church of Christ – LP Gatchalian, led by Tatay Melchor Dayao Sr., went around the neighborhood for door-knocking and personal invitations.

It was a blessed time of meeting our neighbors, sharing God’s Word, and inviting families to study the Bible. We are thankful for the warm smiles, kind conversations, and open hearts we encountered.

Please continue to pray that the seeds planted today will grow for God’s glory. 🌱📖

Thanksgiving Message | December 21, 2025

Obedience outweighs good intentions.

Uzzah’s sincerity did not remove the consequence of disobedience—because God’s command was already clear. Good motives cannot replace submission to God’s will.

Jesus Christ showed us the perfect example in Gethsemane: “Not My will, but Yours be done.” True faith is proven not by intention alone, but by obedience.

May we learn to respect God’s order, His holiness, and His will—above our own. 🙏

Thanksgiving Fellowship | December 21, 2025

Last December 21, 2025, we were blessed to gather for our Thanksgiving Fellowship here at Church of Christ, LP-Gatchalian.

The Bible study was led by Bro. Paro Nueva Sr., focusing on the important themes of Eldership and Autonomy, reminding us of God’s wisdom in church leadership.

The message was delivered by Bro. Seth Reyes, with a timely and heart-searching lesson entitled “Obedience outweighs good intention.”

The closing prayer was led by Bro. Melchor Dayao, who also included heartfelt prayers for those who are sick.

The fellowship continued with a potluck Thanksgiving lunch lovingly prepared by the brethren, followed by games and activities led by Sis. Joy Empleo-Dimzon and Bro. Francis Dimzon, and capped with a joyful birthday celebration—strengthening our bond as one family in Christ.

To God be the glory for a meaningful and blessed gathering! ❤🙏

Thank you, Apologetics Press , for holding a seminar here in the Philippines and for the free books on defending our faith.

Three years ago, Dale and Karen Byrum, a missionary couple who work in the Philippines, contacted us about getting some Truth Be Told books to use in the Philippines. Karen had a plan to organize multiple “Truth Be Told” seminars throughout the country that would be conducted by local speakers and deal with the topics in the book. Through the generous help of our AP supporters, we were able to donate about 2,500 copies, and the Byrums raised the funds to ship them.

November 29 2025 (Saturday) was a Full Day of Fellowship, Fun, and Faith! 🙌🏽

What a blessed and meaningful day we had!

In the morning, our youth enjoyed an exciting Sports Day featuring volleyball, chess, and badminton, followed by a shared lunch and a soul-nourishing devotion at the chapel. 🙏

In the afternoon, the joy continued as we held our Kids’ Ministry at CAA, Bro. Paro Nueva Sr.’s residence, where young hearts were filled with love, laughter, and God’s Word. 💛

As the day came to a close, our youth were further strengthened through a powerful Leadership Program at night, spearheaded by Bro. Jonathan Locquiao Castro and Bro. Francis Dimzon—equipping the next generation of leaders with faith and purpose.

All glory to God for a day filled with unity, growth, and service! Thank you to everyone who made this possible. ❤️

November 15, 2025 was a day filled with joy and glory for our God.

In the morning, we held our Sports Evangelism. The court may train their bodies, but it is God’s Word that shapes their future. After every game, we continue to plant seeds of faith in these young hearts. 🏀

In the afternoon, we continued teaching the children and holding our Bible study at Brother Paro Nueva’s house. 🥰📖

And in the evening, the Lord blessed us with a special guest who shared his wisdom by teaching us an evangelistic lesson. Thank you, Brother Daniel Oliva, for being God’s instrument. 📚

Thank you, Brother Rey Pascua Jr. , for your inspiring message from Acts 11:28–30 titled “A Call to Community.” It reminded us that everyone has a responsibility in the Lord’s church.😊

We are also thankful that you chose to spend your one-week vacation to be with your friend and our preacher, Brother Jonathan Castro, here at Church of Christ, LP-Gatchalian.

May God bless you as you return to Heritage Bible College. Finish your course faithfully and continue preaching the Word of God.
