Culmination Program | Revival and Reformation

(PART 1)

The Revival and Reformation Program concluded with the Culmination Program entitled “Restore the Fire: Refined by Grace, Ignited for Glory,” delivered by Pastor Mishael Monterola, based on 2 Timothy 1:6. The message reminded everyone to rekindle the gift of God and continue the flame of love, faith, and a right mindset. Pastor Monterola emphasized that the fire of faith must be nurtured through daily devotion, obedience and surrender, fellowship and worship, and service and witness, so that our spiritual life will continue to grow.

The message also highlighted the importance of having a controlled fire—a faith that is guided by God and His Word. Through the story found in Daniel chapter 3, we were reminded that true faith remains strong even in trials. True spiritual fire should not lead to confusion or uncontrolled excitement, but should be guided by wisdom and the principles of Scripture.

In the afternoon, a special program led by the Amicus officers was also held through different stations, allowing participants to reflect, learn, and engage in meaningful activities. The day ended with a reminder to continue living out the message and keep the fire of faith burning in our lives. As the tagline of the message says, “I am a light, that’s why I should shine.”

Day 3 Highlights | Revival and Reformation Program

On the third night of the Revival and Reformation Program, the message “Return to God: Demonstrating God’s Patience and Willingness to Forgive” delivered by Pastor Chen Talledo, reminded us that even when people turn away from God, His love and patience never change.

God continues to call us back to Him. As Book of Revelation 3:20 reminds us, He is always knocking at the door of our hearts.

God is good, indeed. Happy Sabbath!

DAY 3 | REVIVAL AND REFORMATION PROGRAM

Day 3 of the Revival and Reformation Program was successfully held at ED 103, with the message entitled “Return to God: Demonstrating God’s Patience and Willingness to Forgive” delivered by Pastor Chen Talledo. The message reminded everyone to remember our first love, which is Jesus, based on Revelation 2:4–5. Sometimes, when we become too attached to the things of this world, we slowly forget the One who first loved us.

When humans sinned, they began to think they no longer needed God. Like Adam and Eve, they hid themselves, covered their mistakes, and blamed others. The life of Solomon also reminds us that even the wisest and richest person can forget God when focused on worldly things (Ecclesiastes 12:1). The example of Lot’s wife and the reminder in Mark 10:25 show how attachment to the world can cause people to lose their focus on God.

Despite this, God’s love and patience remain constant. He continues to look for us even when we fail many times, just as He searched for Adam and Eve. Revelation 3:20 reminds us that God is always knocking at the door of our hearts, waiting for us to return. We may not have the power to change ourselves, but God can transform our lives.

It only takes one step to return to God, for He never gives up on us and continues to call us back to Him.

On the second night of the Revival and Reformation Program, we were reminded through the life of Daniel that true faith remains strong even in difficult situations. The message “Revived Faith: Transforming Lives for God’s People” shared by Pastor Ernie Cuba that encouraged everyone to stay faithful to God and continue seeking Him in prayer no matter the circumstances.

We warmly invite everyone, especially our MASsionaries, to join us later as the Revival and Reformation continues at ED 103. Come and experience spiritual renewal, fellowship, and a revived faith as we continue this journey together.

DAY 2 | 𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠

Today marks the second night of the Revival and Reformation Program, with the message entitled “Revived Faith: 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐝’𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 delivered by 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗯𝗮. The message focused on having a revived faith even in difficult situations, just like Daniel who remained faithful to God while living in a foreign land. The memory verse from 𝘋𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘦𝘭 6:10 (𝘕𝘐𝘝) 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘶𝘴 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘋𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘦𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘢 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘱𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘩𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘺𝘦𝘳.

𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹’𝘀 life shows that faith can be formed early. Even at a young age, he already had a deep and strong faith in God. He had a firm purpose in his heart to remain faithful to God. This reminds us that faith begins with a decision, and it grows through the small choices we make every day.

Daniel’s faith was also tested when he faced the lion’s den. Even in the face of danger, he remained faithful and trusted in God.

The program ended successfully, and it was truly a blessing for everyone who attended. As a token of appreciation, a raffle was also given to the visitors, bringing joy and excitement to the evening. We thank God for another meaningful night of learning, fellowship, and spiritual revival.

DAY 1 | Revival and Reformation Program

Yesterday, March 4, 2026, marked the beginning of a long-awaited journey of spiritual renewal and transformation. The message, “Renewed Heart: Transforming Lives from Within,” reminded us through Ezekiel 36:26 that God desires to give us a new heart and a new spirit, one that is no longer hardened, but alive in Him.

Through the powerful message delivered by Pastor Prech Jay Salamasan, we were confronted with the realities young people face today, such as pressure to fit in, hidden struggles, emotional wounds, confusion, and fear. Yet in the midst of all these, we are reminded of this truth, "God is not waiting for us to be perfect, He is simply waiting for us to let Him in."

Held at the Student Activity Center, the venue was filled with passionate AMiCUS students from DOrSU Main, together with visitors from Mati Doctors College, united in one purpose, revival.

The message also reminded us that public school is not an obstacle; it is a mission field.

Pastor Salamasan also pointed out this powerful truth:“The struggle is real, but check, Jesus is also real.”

I Don’t Have Time.”

But the truth is…
I had time. I just didn’t use it well.
The days are passing so fast.
It feels like yesterday we were celebrating New Year, and now it’s already March.
Every morning, I wake up and pray.
But after that, I scroll on social media for hours.

Then I rush everything.
I don’t fix my bed right away.
I don’t cook early.
I get late.
I cram my tasks.
I feel stressed.
Without noticing it, I’ve been wasting my time.

Slowly, it’s affecting my schedule, my studies, and even my future.
Sometimes I ask myself,
“Am I really using my time wisely?
Or am I just letting it pass for nothing?”
We don’t know what will happen tomorrow.
We don’t even know if we will still be alive tomorrow.
Life feels heavy because I’m always rushing things that I should take slowly and do properly.

Time is gold.
Once it passes, we can’t take it back.
If we don’t use it well, our decisions suffer.
And in the end, we regret the things we didn’t do when we had the chance.

Because while we say “I don’t have time,”
the truth is, time was there.
We just let it slip away.

Memory verse to ponder: “Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.”
