COMMISSIONED TO LEAD AND SERVE FOR GOD'S GLORY

“And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.” -Jeremiah 3:15

A Pastor’s Installation Service is more than a formal ceremony; it is a sacred moment of affirmation, commitment, and thanksgiving as the church welcomes a shepherd called to lead God’s people with faithfulness and humility.

The pastor’s God-given responsibility to provide spiritual leadership, nurture the congregation, proclaim God’s Word, and serve with compassion. It also reminds the church that ministry is a shared journey, strengthened through prayer, unity, cooperation, and mutual support.

As the newly installed pastor, Rev. Norven and Ptra. Aiza Beloy, accepts this sacred responsibility, the Matanao Alliance Church congregation likewise commits to stand alongside its shepherd in fulfilling the mission of the church. Together, the pastoral team, the church ministry team and the congregation are called to build a Christ-centered community that reaches others, strengthens faith, and reflects God’s love.

A beginning of a fruitful season of ministry—one characterized by faithful leadership, servant-hearted ministry, and unwavering devotion to Christ. Above all, may every plan, decision, and accomplishment be offered beyond for God’s greater glory.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON THE AMENDMENT AND CLOSURE FOR THE CALL FOR SENIOR PASTOR APPLICATION

The Church Ministry Team (CMT) officially announces that the application deadline for the Senior Pastor position has been moved from July 31, 2026, to June 28, 2026.

In line with this decision, the CALL FOR SENIOR PASTOR APPLICATION IS NOW OFFICIALLY CLOSED. We sincerely thank all applicants who expressed their interest, commitment, and willingness to serve the Lord through the ministry of Matanao Alliance Church.

The CMT has reviewed and prayed over the selection process, seeking God’s wisdom and guidance for the servant-leader He has prepared for the congregation.

We ask our brethren to continue praying for unity, wisdom, and God’s will throughout the church's ministries.

To God be all the highest glory.

📢 CALL FOR SENIOR PASTOR APPLICATION

The Matanao Alliance Church is prayerfully seeking a dedicated, spiritually mature, and Christ-centered Senior Pastor who will lead the congregation in preaching, discipleship, pastoral care, and overall ministry operations.

We invite qualified and called applicants who have a heart for shepherding God’s people, strengthening church ministries, and advancing the mission of Christ in the community.
Interested applicants may submit their application and ministry credentials to the church leadership for review and consideration.

"YES", OBEY AND SERVE: An Appreciation and Gratitude

The Matanao Alliance Church extends its sincere commendation and appreciation to the Mt. Apo Alliance Bible College (MAABC) students who faithfully responded to the call of ministry by serving as teachers during Vacation Bible School 2026, with the theme “YES,” anchored on Proverbs 3:5–6.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL 2026: Saying “YES” to God’s Word and God’s Ways

The Matanao Alliance Church, together with MAC–San Miguel Satellite Church and MAC–Centro La-Union Satellite Church, joyfully celebrates the successful conduct of Vacation Bible School 2026 with the theme “YES,” anchored on Proverbs 3:5–6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

This year’s VBS became a meaningful avenue for children, young teens, young people, teachers, volunteers, and church workers to gather in faith, worship, learning, and fellowship. Through Bible lessons, songs, memory verses, creative activities, presentations, and group interactions, the learners were encouraged to say “YES” to trusting God, obeying His Word, and following His direction in their daily lives.
The simultaneous implementation of VBS across MAC and its satellite churches reflects the church’s united commitment to reach, teach, and nurture the next generation for Christ. Each child who participated became a testimony of God’s continuing work in the community, and every volunteer’s service became an expression of love, faithfulness, and dedication to the ministry.

With grateful hearts, Matanao Alliance Church gives glory to God for the lives touched, lessons learned, friendships built, and seeds of faith planted through VBS 2026. Indeed, as we continue to trust the Lord and acknowledge Him in all our ways, we believe that He will guide our paths and lead this ministry toward greater fruitfulness for His glory.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL 2026 is coming!

Children ages 4–12 years old are invited to join our Vacation Bible School on April 29–May 3, 2026, 8:00 AM, held simultaneously at Matanao Alliance Church, MAC–San Miguel Outreach, and MAC Centro La-Union Outreach.

With the theme inspired by Proverbs 3:5–6, let us say “YES!” to trusting God, learning His Word, and growing in faith through fun-filled Bible lessons, songs, games, and activities.

Young Teens and Young People are also invited to join from 4:00–6:00 PM.
