Have you ever felt like God is calling you to reach someone outside of your comfort zone?

Last Sunday, God walked us through on how His plans often stretch us beyond what is comfortable.

Just like Jonah, we might find ourselves resisting certain callings or people, but we are reminded that the God who sends us is also the God who pursues us.

We never truly know what God can do through just one act of obedience. Let's step out of our comfort zones and make Jesus known!

Moving forward with our series, The Sent, this month. We are opening our hearts wide to new learnings, deeper faith, and everything God wants to plant in us during this time.

Today was a powerful reminder that true obedience means going where He calls, even to the people we find hardest to reach.

So thankful for a community learning how to love deeper and grow together. See you again next Sunday, ROCKers!

Reflecting on the month with these transformative highlights.

It’s been a powerful time of growing in faith, stepping out of our comfort zones, and learning to say "Yes" to God’s purpose.

Let’s carry this inspiration into October.

We are ready to embrace His calling and walk boldly in the plans He has for us.

We have learned from the past few Sundays what we may experience as we open our hearts to our purpose. We may feel afraid or discouraged, or question if we are capable.

​But we have learned that God qualifies us, He is with us, and that we are not too young for it.

And ​last Sunday was an encouragement to respond to God and say "Yes, Lord." It may take us away from our comfort zone, but God’s grace is greater that these.

​So now, let us start October by responding to God with a "Yes" to His calling.

Fear may come along the way as we obey God. This may even discourage us to follow Him.

But last Sunday was a reminder that our identity is all that matters. Trust the Lord that He will guide you.

God’s presence and protection give us the courage to fulfill His calling, knowing He knew us even before our beginning!

May we have the courage to say yes to the Lord next time.
