📜 THE HISTORY OF OUR LADY OF FATIMA

In 1917, during World War I, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared three young shepherd children — Lúcia dos Santos (10 years old), Francisco Marto (9), and Jacinta Marto (7) — in a place called Cova da Iria, near the town of Fatima, Portugal.

She appeared to them six times, on the 13th of each month of May to, She described herself as “brighter than the sun, shedding rays of light clearer and stronger than a crystal glass filled with the most sparkling water and pierced by the burning rays of the sun.” She was dressed in white, holding a Rosary, and radiated beauty and peace.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Fr. Cesar Laurio.

We humbly ask for your prayers for the eternal repose of his soul, and for the consolation of his family, friends, and all who mourn his loss.
