Seeds of the Word Philippines The Seeds of the Word is a Catholic Community present in seven countries, with diverse houses and missions.

It gathers together members from all states of life, who give their lives full-time at the service of evangelization. The Seeds of the Word Community was founded in 2004, in Palmas, Tocantins (Brazil), at the call of Archbishop Alberto Taveira Corrêa. It is a New Community, gathering together members of diverse states of life (lay people, consecrated sisters and brothers, couples and families, pri

ests…), who give their lives full-time at the service of the mission, for the life of the world, "pro mundi vita". Contemplative and missionary, the Community seeks to discover and value the Seeds of the Word hidden in the hearts of human lives. The Community is called to spread the Word of Life so that every person may grow in their dignity and vocation as children of God and disciples of Christ. This is realized through the liturgy, the Word of God, fraternal life and mission work with the most poor, in the heart of the Seeds of the Word family.

👉 In the Philippines, the Seeds of the Word Community can be found on Masbate Island, where its missionaries work together with the "Fazenda da Esperança" (Farm of Hope) in helping people recover from addictions. We have houses in:
