✨ “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.” — Psalm 34:18

Today we honor St. Giles, a humble hermit known for his compassion toward the poor, the sick, and the outcast. ✝️💙
He lived a life of prayer and simplicity, choosing solitude to draw closer to God, yet his heart remained open to those in need. 🙏🌿

From his example, we learn:
🔹 To embrace humility and simplicity
🔹 To show mercy to the suffering and forgotten
🔹 To seek God’s presence in prayer and silence

Ama ng kabutihan, salamat sa Iyong mga biyaya. Patawarin Mo ako sa aking pagiging makasarili at turuan akong magbahagi.Sa pagsisimula ng Setyembre at ng ber months, ipagkaloob Mo ang proteksyon sa aking trabaho at sa lahat ng aking gawain. Pagpalain Mo ang araw na ito at gawin Mo akong tanda ng Iyong kabutihan. Ama, ipaalala Mo sa akin na ang kabutihan ay bunga ng pananampalataya. Panginoon, gawin Mo akong daluyan ng Iyong kabutihan sa aking komunidad, lalo na sa mga darating na buwan ng paghahanda at pag-asa. Amen.
