To build a sanctuary for worship, a venue for training leaders, function rooms for ministry works and administration offices of the Leaders Institute, the PNCF (Philippine-Netherlands Christian Foundation) and the BCC Brotherhood Council. THE COST:

15 MILLION PESOS (US$ 350,000)
