The Maranatha Bible School International Main Campus celebrates its Apostolic Identity this August 12–13, 2026, as we join the celebration of 4th Watcher’s Month!

Each year level made its way to the Apostle Arsenio Tan Ferriol Heritage Library, taking time to remember, honor, and rekindle the legacy of the man whose life and labor left an enduring mark on the Church.

More than simply looking back at history, the visit became a moment of reflection for our students. As they encountered the life, sacrifices, and ministry of those who went before them, they were reminded of what it truly means to love the ministry more than life—to give, to endure, and to remain faithful for the sake of the calling entrusted to us.

We are deeply grateful for the leadership of our Chancellor, Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol for initiating this meaningful tribute—reminding us to honor the lives of those who have gone before us and to value the sacrifices they offered for the advancement of God’s work.

May the legacy they left continue to challenge and inspire us to live with the same passion and commitment, walking in the footprints they have left behind and carrying our Apostolic Identity with faith and conviction.

We remember. We honor. We carry the legacy forward.

To God be all the glory!

4th Watchers’ Month | Apostolic Written Truths

The apostolic message has not only been preached—it has also been faithfully preserved through the written word.

The late Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol devoted countless hours to writing the apostolic teachings using a humble typewriter. Every page reflected his passion to defend sound doctrine, establish believers in the faith, and preserve the truths God entrusted to His end-time messenger. Those written works became valuable resources that continue to strengthen generations of 4th Watchers. Then with the pseudonym John Sentone IV, he wrote various articles in different topics at The Word Magazine.

Today, Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol continues that same apostolic tradition as a prolific writer and author. Through books, Bible study guides, pastoral letters, devotionals, and doctrinal materials, he continues to fortify and enrich the Church with timely biblical instruction, ensuring that the apostolic message remains clear, relevant, and firmly grounded in the Holy Scriptures. He was the pioneer Editor-in-Chief of The Word Magazine and Surer Word Magazine. And he is a prolific author publishing books about Apostle Arsenio titled The Goodman of the House, The Images of the Life and Ministry of the Goodman of the House, and children’s book The First Fourth Watcher. He also authored Foundations 1 and 2 for edification and the spiritual devotional books Christmas Meditation, Start Right. Stay Strong. Finish Well. and Lenten Meditation.

From the steady keystrokes of a typewriter to the publication of books that reach believers around the world, the written ministry of God’s sent ones stands as a testimony that apostolic truth is faithfully preserved from generation to generation.

THE EVANGELISTIC HEART OF THE APOSTLES IN THE END TIME

From his youth, Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol answered God’s call to “go and preach the gospel.” In 1962, he graduated from the Bible institute as part of the class fittingly named “The Evangelizers.” This calling became the heartbeat of his ministry as he tirelessly proclaimed the gospel and led the Church toward continuous growth and expansion.

In 1984, Apostle Arsenio initiated the Meditation Praying for the Nation gathering behind the Quirino Grandstand in Rizal Park. In 1986, he inspired Bible students, ministers, and members of the PMCC (4th Watch) to preach beyond the walls of the church - in marketplaces, public vehicles, plazas, street corners, and other public places. He also initiated the Personal Evangelism Program encouraging every believer to take part in reaching the lost

The same evangelistic zeal continues through Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol. As a young watcher, he led a group from Marikina to Dipolog for the Radically Saved Summer, in 1989, which contributed to the establishment of a local church in Mindanao. During the graduation of his class in 1997, “God’s Watchmen,” he also led an altar call for the unbelieving parents, relatives, and friends of the graduates. In the early of his ministry in the United States, he organized the New Creation Crusade.

Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Apostle Jonathan’s passion for evangelism never wavered. In April 2020, he launched the Home Free Global Crusade, using digital platforms to bring the gospel to people across nations. And now continuing to reach various locations around the world onsite and through various watch parties.
From public preaching in the streets to global online crusades, the methods may change, but the apostolic mission remains the same: to preach Christ, win souls, establish churches, and prepare the world for the Lord’s return.

Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” - Mark 16:15
And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. - ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24‬:‭14‬ ‭NIV‬‬

FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION: A GROWING APOSTOLIC CONGREGATION

From its formal establishment in 1973, the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) has grown from a humble congregation into a global community of faithful believers united by the apostolic doctrine, mission, and calling.

In the early years, only hundreds of delegates gathered during the National Convention. Through God’s grace, persistent evangelism, and sacrificial missionary work, those modest gatherings steadily grew. Today, vast multitudes of believers assemble during the International Convention, celebrating one faith, one mission, and one apostolic identity.

Under the pioneering leadership of the late Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol, local churches were established, ministers were trained, and generations of believers were strengthened in the end-time gospel.

Today, under the leadership of Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, the apostolic mission continues to be fortified and enriched. The vision planted in the first generation is now being carried forward by children, youth, families, ministers, missionaries, and new believers alike throughout the world.

From hundreds of delegates in the early conventions to a great assembly of believers today, the growth of the PMCC (4th Watch) is a living testimony of God’s faithfulness from generation to generation.

One faith. One mission. One apostolic calling - passed faithfully from one generation to the next.

“One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.” - Psalm 145:4

The Senior Bishops and the First Global Evangelist: Epitomes of a Fortified and Enriched Apostolic Identity

Archbishop Arturo T. Ferriol, Bishop Osinando A. Quillao, Bishop Rustico Z. Zonio, the late Bishop Domingo T. Ferriol, and First Global Evangelist Leticia S. Ferriol stand as distinguished examples of leaders whose lives and ministries have fortified and enriched the apostolic identity of the PMCC (4th Watch).

The four Senior Bishops were ordained in 2006 - twenty years ago this year - and have faithfully carried the sacred responsibility of strengthening the Church, defending the apostolic faith, and advancing the end-time mission.

Alongside them, First Global Evangelist Leticia S. Ferriol has exemplified unwavering commitment to evangelism, discipleship, missionary expansion, and education ministry. Her sacrificial partnership with the Goodman of the House, the late Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol, helped nurture the Church’s evangelistic passion and strengthen its global mission.

Through decades of faithful service, courageous preaching, pastoral leadership, missionary labor, and steadfast loyalty, these esteemed leaders helped establish, preserve, and expand the apostolic work.

Their continued partnership with Chief Executive Minister Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol demonstrates the continuity of apostolic leadership and mission. Through their wisdom, experience, and dedication, they continue to enrich the Church and inspire ministers and believers to remain steadfast in their apostolic calling.

Their lives testify that apostolic identity is not only taught - it is faithfully lived, courageously defended, continually enriched, and passed on to succeeding generations.

And the [instructions] which you have heard from me along with many witnesses, transmit and entrust [as a deposit] to reliable and faithful men who will be competent and qualified to teach others also.
2 Timothy 2:2 AMPC

CELEBRATING 4TH WATCHERS’ MONTH 2026

This August, the AATF Heritage Library joins the entire church in celebrating 4th Watchers’ Month with the theme:
“The Apostolic Identity of the Church: Fortified, Enriched, and Celebrated”
Matthew 11:27

Our apostolic identity is not merely a name we bear—it is a divine heritage revealed through Christ, entrusted to His sent ones, and faithfully lived by the Church in the last days.

Through the life and ministry of the Goodman of the House, the late Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol, the Church was fortified in the apostolic faith, enriched through faithful obedience to the divine commission, and united in proclaiming the gospel of Christ. Today, under the leadership of Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, this sacred identity continues to be strengthened, expanded, and celebrated by a new generation of Fourth Watchers.

As we remember our history, honor our apostolic heritage, and fulfill our present calling, may every Fourth Watcher boldly declare:
We know who we are.
We cherish what we have received.
We will faithfully continue the apostolic mission until Christ returns.

Happy 4th Watchers’ Month 2026!
