𝑸𝑼𝑶𝑻𝑬 𝑶𝑭 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑫𝑨𝒀 | 𝑬𝑺𝑻𝑨𝑩𝑳𝑰𝑺𝑯𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝒀𝑶𝑼𝑹 𝑭𝑨𝑰𝑻𝑯 𝑰𝑵 𝑮𝑶𝑫

“I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in His word I put my hope.” – Psalm 130:5

There are seasons when we find ourselves waiting—waiting for an answer, a breakthrough, a direction, or for God to fulfill something we have been praying for. In those moments, it can feel like nothing is happening. But waiting on God is never wasted time because God’s delay was never God’s denial.

While we wait, our hope should remain in God and His Word. We may not understand His timing, but we can trust Him. The waiting season prepares our hearts, develop our character, strengthen our faith, and teach us to depend on God rather than on our own understanding.

𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 /ɪnˈdjʊə.rəns/ – the strength to keep going, remain faithful, and trust God even in difficult seasons and storms.

Endurance is choosing to keep trusting God when the journey becomes difficult. It teaches us patience, strengthens our faith, and reminds us that our present struggles are not the end of the story.

To endure is to remain steadfast, knowing that God is with us through every storm and that what is unseen and eternal is greater than what we see today.

“So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” – 2 Corinthians 4:18

WORD OF THE WEEK

ESTABLISHED /ɪˈstæb.lɪʃt/ – to be made firm, secure, and deeply grounded in faith, standing confidently on God's truth and promises.

To be established, therefore, is to remain steadfast in faith and continue trusting God through every season. God is faithful to His promises.

Firmly rooted and grounded, so that our faith is not easily shaken by trials, doubts, or circumstances. It is about building our lives on God’s truth and His promises, trusting that what He says is true even when we cannot yet see the outcome.

To have a life firmly anchored in God—trusting His truth, standing on His promises, and remaining steadfast.

“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.” – Hebrews 10:23

WORD OF THE WEEK

ADMONISH /ədˈmɒn.ɪʃ/ - to gently warn, advise, instruct, or correct someone with the loving goal of encouraging spiritual growth and turning them away from sin.

As believers, we are called to restore one another with the heart of Christ— to warn the undisciplined, encourage the discouraged, help the weak, and be patient with everyone.

May we learn to admonish with gentleness, patience, and wisdom, remembering that we, too, are continually being transformed by God. And when we ourselves are corrected, may we receive it with humility, knowing that God can use loving correction to shape our character and draw us closer to Him.

“Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you.” - 1 Thessalonians 5:12 (NIV)
