The Rhema Word of God Church

The Rhema Word of God Church To win souls for Jesus, set them in God’s family, disciple them to Christ-like maturity and equip them to fulfill their life’s calling and ministry.

The Rhema Word of God Church Inc., started as a small Bible Study group initiated by Frances F. Talattad, then Human Resource Manager of the San Miguel Corporation-Manila Plastics Plant located at 631 Tomas Claudio, Pandacan, Manila on April 5, 1995. This group composed of 4 people (Rey David, Facilities Engineer of MPP, Danny Austria, Security Officer, and direct report of FFT), Jenny Gonzales an

d Cherry Lacson, both contractual workers) AS the Lord met the needs and prayers of these people, they begun to invite others to join the Bible Study until this grew to become a fellowship meeting held every Tuesday night inside the plant. The Tuesday fellowship begun on March 5, 1996. Pastor Romy ABellar with Sis Baby Abellar, Pastora’s spiritual parents, helped her disciple the early church members . The members continued to increase in number, so the Lord directed them to move out of the Manila Plastics Plant. On June 1997, the group, called The Eternal Word Fellowship, moved to a portion of the 2nd floor of Building 2000 located at 2292 Quirino Ave., cor Jesus Street, Pandacan, Manila. The leaders decided to register the group with the Securities and Exchange Commission. On April 8,1999, the church was finally registered with the SEC as “The Rhema Word of God Church with SEC Registry Number A199905103. The Church continued to grow and put up a satellite church in Marikina. The Marikina met for two years at the CITI-NACIDA Building at Russet St., SSS Village, until it moved to its permanent church location at 144 E. Rodriguez St Concepcion Uno, Marikina City in January, 2008. The Church is being pastored by FRANCES F. TALATTAD & ANTONIO U. TALATTAD, with the help of the 5-men Board of Trustees and 7-men Board of Elders. Along with the Ministry heads and many faithful volunteer workers, the Church is continually growing by the grace of God.

IF SELF OCCUPIES THE THRONE CHRIST STANDS ON THE CROSS;

13 Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God [granted by His permission and sanction], and those which exist have been put in place by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists [governmental] authority resists the ordinance of God. And those who have resisted it will bring judgment (civil penalty) on themselves. 3 For [civil] authorities are not a source of fear for [people of] good behavior, but for [those who do] evil. Do you want to be unafraid of authority? Do what is good and you will receive approval and commendation. 4 For he is God’s servant to you for good. But if you do wrong, [you should] be afraid; for he does not carry the [executioner’s] sword for nothing. He is God’s servant, an avenger who brings punishment on the wrongdoer. 5 Therefore one must be subject [to civil authorities], not only to escape the punishment [that comes with wrongdoing], but also as a matter of principle [knowing what is right before God]. 6 For this same reason you pay taxes, for civil authorities are God’s servants, devoting themselves to governance. 7 Pay to all what is due: tax to whom tax is due, customs to whom customs, respect to whom respect, honor to whom honor.

In the Name of Jesus Christ, we speak to this HABAGAT/Southwest Monsoon and we command it to be still. We command the winds and rain to dissipate and the barometric pressure to rise and normalize. We declare that it will not cause chaos or bring harm or devastation to our beloved nation Philippines.
We bind all the forces of the air, ground and underground. Deliver us from this impending destruction. We destroy every satanic assignment over this nation in Jesus Name. We apply the Full Blood of Jesus upon this nation; have mercy O Lord on our entire nation.
Merciful God the Father, thank you for keeping our nation safe, we give you all the praises, honor and glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen

Christians do not manufacture gospel culture by willpower alone; they are transformed from the inside out by their relationship with Christ.

𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 12:9-21 (𝐍𝐈𝐕)

𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
9 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. 10 Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. 11 Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. 12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. 13 Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.

14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. 16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.

17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. 18 If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. 19 Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. 20 On the contrary:

“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.”

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

RHEMA REAL Men

By God's grace, we are growing in both number and strength. Our mission is to raise a generation of godly men who passionately follow Jesus Christ, lead their families with love and integrity, serve the church faithfully, and influence their communities for the glory of God.

We warmly invite all men to join our Coffee with God fellowship every Sunday at 8:00 AM, before our Worship Service. It's a time to enjoy coffee, build genuine friendships, encourage one another, study God's Word, and pray together. Coming early is a great way to start the day centered on Christ and connected with fellow brothers in faith.

Each Sunday, a different brother shares a short devotion and personal testimony. This coming Sunday, Bro. Jeff Berces will be sharing from his life and walk with the Lord.

Come early. Bring a friend. See you this Sunday!☕📖🙏

Romans 12:3 (NIV)
For by the grace given me I say to everyone of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in
accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.
