On this St. John Mary Vianney Sunday, we joyfully honor and greet our beloved Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Fhyrdz Cornejo, as we give thanks to God for the gift of his priesthood and faithful service to our parish community.

Like St. John Mary Vianney, may you continue to be a humble shepherd after the heart of Christ—guiding His flock with wisdom, celebrating the Sacraments with reverence, and proclaiming the Gospel with zeal and compassion. May the Lord strengthen you with His grace, fill you with joy in your ministry, and bless you with good health and steadfast faith as you continue to lead His people closer to Him.

The Gospel teaches us many things about the feeding of the five thousands, Matthew 14: 13-21. The first thing that I have realized is that when we surrender our limited resources including time, talent and treasure that God will always find a way to multiply it beyond our own understanding.

Secondly we have a role in the miracle of Jesus, he did not just simply drop bread from heaven but he commanded his disciples to actively distribute the food, we are being reminded that God often works through us as the instruments of His grace to meet the needs of others.

Lastly, it is the fore shadows the eucharist, when Jesus took the bread and blesses it, breaking and giving it to his disciples directly fore shadows the Eucharist and the last supper so we are to be reminded that every time we partake in Mass, we are not just fed physically but also spiritual and nourished to go out and serve our communities.

That is why everytime we pray we not only ask for the things that we need or want, we are to also thank God for all the things that he has given us.

TIGNAN | Ating balikan ang mga naging kaganapan sa General Assembly at Lecture ng Ministry of Altar Servers na ginanap noong Hulyo 5, 2026. Naging pagkakataon ang pagtitipong ito upang higit na mapalalim ang ating kaalaman, mapagtibay ang ating pagkakaisa, at mapalakas ang ating pananampalataya bilang mga lingkod ng dambana.

Maligayang Kaarawan po, Rev. Fr. Fernando A. Cornejo!

Sa natatanging araw na ito, taos-puso po naming ipinagpapasalamat sa Diyos ang biyaya ng inyong buhay.
Maraming salamat po sa inyong walang sawang paglilingkod bilang aming Kura Paroko. Ang inyong pananampalataya, kababaang-loob, at malasakit sa bawat parokyano ay naging inspirasyon at gabay sa aming paglago bilang isang pamayanang Kristiyano.

Dalangin po namin na patuloy kayong pagkalooban ng Panginoon ng mabuting kalusugan, karunungan, lakas, at masaganang pagpapala upang maipagpatuloy pa ang inyong banal na misyon at paglilingkod sa Kanyang Simbahan.

Nawa'y patuloy kayong pagpalain at ingatan ng Diyos sa bawat hakbang ng inyong bokasyon.

Sa pagdiriwang ng Dakilang Kapistahan ng Katawan at Dugo ni Kristo, buong kababaang-loob nating ipinahahayag ang ating pananampalataya sa tunay na presensya ng Panginoon sa Banal na Eukaristiya. Nawa’y ang taimtim na prusisyong ito ay maging daan upang higit pang mapalalim ang ating debosyon, pagkakaisa, at pag-ibig sa Diyos na patuloy na gumagabay sa Kanyang sambayanan.
