Scripture: James 1:9-18

📖 James 1:13-15 reminds us that temptation does not come from GOD. Instead, it begins when we are drawn away by our own desires. And when desire is entertained, it gives birth to sin—and sin, when fully grown, leads to death.

Many times, the real battle is not around us but within us. The real problem can be “me”—my heart, my desires, my choices, and how I respond to temptation.

Yet even when we go astray, GOD lovingly corrects us. Napakaraming saway ng Panginoon, not because He wants to condemn us, but because He is gracious, patient, and desires to lead us back to Him.

In 1 Samuel 16:14, after Saul’s persistent disobedience and rejection of GOD’s command, he experienced torment as part of divine judgment. It serves as a reminder that continual rebellion against GOD has consequences.

The greatest weapon in resisting temptation is our love for GOD and our reverence for Him. Because when we truly love the Lord, we desire to obey Him. And when we fear GOD in a way that honors Him, we become more careful in guarding our hearts against sin.

Title: Living a Life of Godly Influence
Scripture: Titus 2:3-5

Our children don’t just learn from the set of instructions we give them, but mostly, they learn from us by observing us. They watch how we speak, how we react, and how we handle problems.

Long before they understand doctrine, they understand behavior. Because Christianity is not about what we say—it's about how we model.

More than our teachings, our lives are our loudest message! So if someone followed my example, would they grow closer to GOD?

It's often the small, unseen acts of faithfulness that make the biggest impact over time.

When a Christian's behavior matches their faith, it gives credibility to the gospel and shows that God truly changes lives. A consistent witness strengthens the gospel message because it demonstrates the transforming power of GOD and points others toward Christ through words and actions.

A beautiful message wrapped in a broken life becomes hard to believe—but a transformed life makes the message undeniable!

Lord, may we be like a fragrance that fills a room, a Godly life quietly influencing everyone around it.

Ang mga pusong handang maglingkod, ginagamit ng Diyos. 🙏

Sa Friendship Day, hindi lang tayo nagtipon—
tayo’y nag-anyaya, nagmalasakit, at nagbahagi ng pag-ibig ni Kristo. 🤍

Sa bawat bagong dumalo, ipinapakita natin na may lugar ka dito, may pamilya ka dito.
At sa simpleng salu-salo pagkatapos ng service,
ipinapaalala natin—hindi ka nag-iisa.

Ito ang simbahan: nagmamahal, tumatanggap, at nagdadala ng pag-asa. 🙏
