Shine, Jesus, Shine! – Maayong good morning! ✨

For the Second Sunday of Lent, the YFC Mananagga, in collaboration with the Bible Sharing Formation Ministry of the Catholic Students Organization - MSU Marawi, successfully held its second household meeting at the BVM Chapel earlier today.

With "This is my chosen Son; listen to Him" – Luke 9:35 as the verse of the week, the group committed to reading the Bible, attending daily Mass, and filling their Alay Kapwa bottles with the value of their sacrifices for the chapel renovation. All of this is in line with the observances of fasting, almsgiving, and prayer during this Lenten season.

Maayong Good Morning!

In this season of Ramadan, we join our Muslim brothers and sisters as they embody values, discipline, reverence and humility through prayer, fasting and almsgiving.

In coordination with Young Muslim Scientists' Association, the Catholic Students Organization, would like to humbly knock in your hearts to help and join us as we gather proceeds for the iftar drive that we are going to do for our less fortunate Muslim brothers and sisters.

Shine, Jesus, shine! 👏✨

Despite the trials we've endured, from the Marawi siege, the Covid-19 pandemic, to the recent b*mbing incident, the community's resilience continues to shine brightly.
As we mark 22 years of YFC Mananagga in MSU-Main, we gather indoors, a testament to our unity in adversity. This small indoor celebration, amidst time constraints and in consideration of Ramadan, serves as a reminder of our collective strength rooted in Christ. We are extremely grateful for the unwavering support of our alumni, titos, titas, brothers and sisters, who have made it possible for the YFC Mananagga reach its 22nd anniversary.
