โItโs Okay to Walk Awayโ
Not everything is meant to be held onto.
Some things โ no matter how familiar โ are simply not healthy for your heart anymore.
If something constantly drains your energy,
makes you question your worth,
or pulls you away from who youโre trying to becomeโฆ
itโs okay to walk away.
Youโre not selfish for choosing peace.
Youโre not rude for setting boundaries.
Youโre not weak for letting go.
Protecting your mental and emotional health is a form of self-respect.
You can still wish people well, and still leave.
You can love and still say goodbye.
Growth often looks like silence, space, and starting over.
And thatโs okay.
