There is something beautiful about your name, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞, often associated with God’s graciousness. And perhaps, in a way, your journey with JNYO has become a quiet reflection of that grace—not because everything has always been easy, but because through every season, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝. You grew, you learned, you stumbled, you stood again, and you continued to serve.

You were once among the youngest who witnessed the days when only three or four members would gather. You saw the silence before the voices, the small beginnings before the growth. And now, years later, you stand not only as someone who witnessed that change but as someone who became 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐝.

𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞. 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮—𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥—𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐝.

Like a seed planted quietly in the soil, perhaps there were seasons when it seemed as though nothing was happening. But beneath the surface, God was preparing roots. And now, seeing you grow into the person—and the leader—He has called you to be is something your Ates and seniors can only look upon with immense pride.

And Janine, never forget: 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧; 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐭.

There will be days when leadership feels heavy, when your efforts seem unseen, and when you question whether you are doing enough. But remember that 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭. He sees the prayers behind your decisions, the heart behind your service, the tears behind your strength, and the faith that keeps you moving.

Perhaps His applause does not always come as loud celebration. Sometimes, 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲.. He celebrates your victories, but He also embraces you in your failures. He is present in the moments you get it right and in the moments you have to begin again.

May the grace that your name reminds us of continue to follow you wherever you go. May God grant you wisdom beyond your years, courage when the path becomes uncertain, and a heart that remains faithful even when the applause fades.

𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭.

And for us, that person is 𝐀𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥.

From being one of the young people who stood with JNYO since its early days, to becoming one of the people we now look to for guidance, comfort, and strength—you have grown alongside us in a way that words can hardly capture.

You have been more than a coordinator. You have become a 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐞 to so many of us: someone who listens, understands, reminds us when we need reminding, encourages us when we are tired, and stays even when things become difficult. So much of what you have given to JNYO cannot be measured by events, accomplishments, or years of service. It is found in the little things, the sacrifices, the patience, the prayers, and the love you have quietly poured into this family.

And now, God is blessing you with another beautiful chapter.

From being a daughter, a friend, a youth, a coordinator, and a mother figure to us, you are now preparing to become 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞. What a beautiful reminder that the love you have so freely given to others is now becoming part of an even more precious calling.

As you enter this new season, our prayers for you are long—not because there are too many things to ask from God, but because there are so many things we hope He will bless you with.

To 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐲, 𝐂𝐢𝐞𝐣𝐚𝐲—the one whose smile may be shy, but whose presence speaks volumes.

The Jesus Nazareno Youth Organization sends its warmest belated birthday greetings to you! We may be a little late in saying it, but we hope you know that we are truly grateful to have someone like you in our JNYO family.

You may be our 𝐬𝐡𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, but when it comes to activities, service, and joining in the fun, 𝘥𝘪𝘭𝘪 𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘥𝘪𝘢𝘺 𝘬𝘢𝘢𝘺𝘰 𝘬𝘢 𝘴𝘩𝘺, 𝘊𝘪𝘦𝘫𝘢𝘺! 𝘏𝘈𝘏𝘈𝘏𝘈. Your willingness to participate, lend a hand, and simply be present has always been something we appreciate.

Behind that quiet smile is someone who continues to work hard, grow, and carry himself with humility. You don't always have to say much for us to notice the effort you put into the things you do. Sometimes, the quietest people are the ones whose little acts of kindness and dedication leave the warmest memories.
