Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord! 🌿

As we wave our palms , let us remember the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. But more importantly, let us reflect on the humble heart of our King. This Palm Sunday, let us pray that let's not only praise Him with the crowd but truly surrender our life to Him. May this Holy Week be a time of deep spiritual renewal, shifting our focus from the noise of the world to the sacrifice of the Cross.

Hosanna in the highest!

FEBRUARY 18, 2026

Ash Wednesday reminds us of Christ’s great sacrifice and His unfailing love.

“Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return.” (Genesis 3:19)

Today, as ashes are placed upon our foreheads, we enter the sacred season of Lent in silence, humility, and prayer. Within the quiet walls of the Carmelite Monastery, we begin this journey of repentance and renewal returning our hearts fully to God.

May this holy season teach us deeper contemplation, sincere sacrifice, and a love that is hidden yet faithful. Let us walk together in prayer, trusting that from dust, God will raise us to new life.

“Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return.” Genesis 3:19

On this solemn day of Ash Wednesday, as the ashes are reverently marked upon our foreheads, we are reminded of this sacred passage — a profound call to humility, repentance, and spiritual awakening. It invites us to reflect on our lives, to turn away from what distances us from God, and to renew our hearts with sincere faith.

As we begin our Lenten journey, may this season of prayer, sacrifice, and quiet reflection lead us toward deeper devotion and true transformation. May these forty days strengthen our spirit and draw us closer to God’s grace.

Theme: "The Virgin Mary and the Youth"

Today’s theme reflects on encouraging young people to make the Virgin Mary their inspiration and companion in their journey towards Jesus Christ, especially during this season of Advent and the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Today, we begin the sacred journey of Misa De Gallo, a time that invites us not only to wake up early for the mass but to awaken our hearts for Christ. Advent calls us to interior renewal to choose forgiveness over resentment, reconciliation over division, and simplicity over excess. Rather than being consumed by the material side of Christmas, we are reminded to return to its true meaning: the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. As we enjoy the lights, food, and gifts of the season, let us ask ourselves: do these bring us closer to Jesus, or are they replacing Him? This Advent, may we choose to prepare a place for Christ not only in our traditions, but in our hearts and daily lives.
