As we celebrate Jesus Christ's Victory or Easter Sunday. What does resurrection bring?
1. Victory, (1 Cor. 15: 54-57)
• "So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
"O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
"The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
"But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. "
2. Life, (John 11: 25-26)
• "Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
"And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest though this?
3. Hope, (Titus 2: 11-14)
• "For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men.
"Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should love soberly, righteously and godly, in this present world;
"Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
"Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works."
