Congratulations, Rev. Father Ruin Roy Salvo!

The Faculty of Canon Law joyfully announces that REV. FR. RUIN ROY G. SALVO has successfully completed the defense of his licentiate thesis with a title, “THE EUCHARISTIC RESERVATION IN THE DIOCESE OF DIPOLOG: A CANONICAL EVALUATION,” last May 12, 2026, before the duly constituted members of the panel.

This work, carried out under the expert direction of Rev. Fr. Romulo Rodriguez, OP, JCD, represents a significant contribution to the ongoing scholarly service of the Church’s juridical tradition.
The Faculty warmly congratulates Fr. Roy for the rigor, clarity, and ecclesial spirit demonstrated throughout the research and examination.

We likewise express sincere appreciation to the adviser and members of the panel for their careful evaluation and for their commitment to fostering sound canonical science.
