As Baptized Christians, we have our duty to proclaim the Gospel to peoples, as Jesus commanded us in Matthew 28:19 - 20,

"GO, therefore, and MAKE DISCIPLES of all nations, BAPTIZING them in the NAME of the FATHER, SON and the HOLY SPIRIT, and TEACHING them to OBEY everything what I have commanded you."

and the Lord Jesus has a promise for all of us,

"and surely I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS, to the VERY END OF AGE."

We are commissioned, when we are baptized.

Jesus has 3 characteristics, that we believers do share with Him when we're baptized, being a PRIEST, PROPHET and KING.

We do also have our PERSONAL COMMITMENT to the Lord when we made Him our LORD and SAVIOR.

So, people of God, ACT NOW and bring souls back to God.

As the Late Pope Francis said, EVANGELIZATION IS THE MISSION OF THE CHURCH, NOT JUST OF THE FEW, BUT MY, YOUR, OUR MISSION", we, Christians, must be evangelizers and bring people back to the Lord.

This was also affirmed by the Catechism of the Catholic Church. In CCC 905, it is stated that: EVANGELIZATION IS IN FACT THE GRACE AND VOCATION PROPER TO THE CHURCH.

Evangelization and Outreach goes hand in hand. As James 2 said, Faith without works is dead, we must reach out to others, listen to them, accompany them and serve them, and then we evangelize them to bring them back to the Lord, so that, they too, will do the same to others as well.

God loves us very much. Yes. That's an overstatement, but do we return that exact love to the Lord?

Relationship is not just a one-way thing, it must be both ways. We love God, and God loves us. We say that Jesus loves us, but are we following His ways, deeds and instruction?

We must act for this love. It is our obligation to KNOW GOD, LOVE GOD and SERVE GOD, make OTHERS know God, Love God and Serve God.

As Disciples, one thing that we must do as we share the Gospel, is to share our own conversion story.

A story that is powerful, with message of peace and with loving surrender to the Lord who heals, forgives and saved us from our sins.

Remember that we are task to GO FORTH, and MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL NATIONS.

This is the mission Jesus gave to us. We are commissioned by Him to do it.

So, stand up, go into your mission fields and share your story.

Making Disciples is not an easy task, it is a gargantuan task that involves leading people, training them in word and deed, follow you as their model. Just like Jesus did to His disciples, He ate and lived with them in order to imitate His words and His deeds, because He knows when He leaves them, they will do what their master was doing, and do more great things than that.

As Disciples, we must follow God's instructions to the letter, in order for us to be like Him. Prayer and Dependence on God is one of the keys to that.
