From our homes to our workplaces, schools, businesses, and communities, we are called to live a life that reflects who God is and what He desires for mankind.

This Sunday, we begin 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞. 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞., a new series on what it means to live out God’s mission wherever He has placed us, bringing good news, pursuing righteousness, and being part of His work of restoration.

Over the past few weeks, we were reminded that work is more than just what we do. It is 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭, 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝.

From our workplaces and businesses to our homes and everyday responsibilities, God has given dignity and purpose to our work.

And while the series has ended, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬.

May we carry what we’ve learned into our everyday lives, faithfully doing the work God has entrusted to us and reflecting Christ wherever He has placed us. 🙌🏼

A few weeks ago, we gathered for 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐬 with people who are stewarding a business.

We were reminded that 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐆𝐨𝐝. Our work, businesses, opportunities, and resources are entrusted to us for His purpose.

May we reflect Him in the way we work and lead, and may the way we do business point people back to Him. 🙏🏼

As we continue our 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 series, let’s be reminded that wherever God has placed us, our work can be a way to 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭, 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐆𝐨𝐝’𝐬 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚.💡

From the beginning, God gave us work as an overflow of the life and purpose He gives. Our workplace, classroom, home, or wherever we carry out our work can also become a place where we worship God and serve others.

And because of Christ’s finished work, we can find renewed purpose in what we do, even when work is difficult.

𝐈𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. 🙌

What we do every day matters.
Our jobs, our skills, and even the ordinary things we do can be part of God’s purpose.

In our new series, 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤., we’ll discover how God designed work, why our work matters, and how we can honor Him through it.

Because there is no divide between the sacred and the secular. All our work can be worship unto God. 🙌
