Today, we joyfully celebrate the birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of Jesus and our Mother in faith.

Her life reminds us that God often begins His greatest works in humility, silence, and trust. Through Mary’s faithful “yes,” the world received Jesus Christ, our Savior.

As members of the Association of the Miraculous Medal, may we follow her example of humility, obedience, and loving service, and entrust ourselves more deeply to her maternal care.

On July 18, 2026, we joyfully celebrated the Thanksgiving Mass and Launching Ceremony for the 200th Anniversary of the Miraculous Medal Apparitions at the Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Parish and National Shrine in Sucat, Parañaque.

It was a beautiful gathering of members of CoM–VMY Philippines, the Vincentian Family Philippines, and fellow Marian devotees, united in prayer, gratitude, and the mission of answering Mary’s call to “Come to the foot of this altar.” 🙏✨

Organized by the International Offices of the Association of the Miraculous Medal (AMM) and Vincentian Marian Youth (VMY), this celebration marks the beginning of a five-year journey of renewed faith, deeper devotion, and increased service.

Today, the Association of the Miraculous Medal joins the Church in celebrating the glorious Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, body and soul, into Heaven.

Mary, the humble servant of God and Mother of our Lord Jesus Christ, is a sign of hope and a model of faithful discipleship. Her Assumption reminds us that those who faithfully follow Christ are called to share in His glory.

As we continue our journey toward the Bicentennial Anniversary of the Apparitions of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, may Mary, our Mother and Queen, lead us ever closer to her Son and teach us to say with faith and trust: “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord.”

Let us pray,
Almighty ever-living God,
who assumed the Immaculate Virgin Mary, the Mother of your Son,
body and soul into heavenly glory,
grant, we pray, that, always attentive to the things that are above,
we may merit to be sharers of her glory.

In this time of trial following the earthquake in Colombia, let us unite in prayer for all those affected—especially those who have lost loved ones, their homes, or are facing uncertainty and fear.

May Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal protect and comfort the people of Colombia, strengthen those who are suffering, and guide the rescuers and those working to bring help and relief.

Let us pray,
Lord, protect and comfort all those affected by the earthquake. Grant healing to the injured, strength to those in need, and eternal rest to those who have passed away.

The 15th Council Meeting of the International Association of the Miraculous Medal (AMM) gathered council members from different regions of the world to discuss key initiatives as the Association continues its journey toward the Bicentennial Anniversary of the Apparitions of the Miraculous Medal (1830–2030).

A major focus of the meeting was the Launching of the Five-Year International Preparation for the Bicentennial Anniversary, where council members reflected on its significance and reaffirmed their commitment to promoting the Blessed Virgin Mary’s message of faith, prayer, and service.

The Council also discussed each country’s preparations for the upcoming regional bicentennial celebrations, encouraging collaboration and active participation among local AMM associations. In addition, regional representatives presented updates on the activities, formation programs, and apostolic initiatives of their local groups, highlighting the continued growth and vitality of the Association worldwide.

The meeting concluded with a prayer, entrusting the preparations for the bicentennial to the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary as the AMM continues its mission of spreading devotion to the Miraculous Medal throughout the world.
