BREAKING NEWS | IBF Extends High-Risk and Warlike Areas Until May 25, 2026

The International Bargaining Forum (IBF) has extended Warlike Operations Areas and High-Risk Areas until May 25, 2026, covering the Persian Gulf, Red Sea, and Black Sea. Seafarers remain entitled to war risk benefits, including additional pay, doubled compensation, and the right to refuse sailing. Awaiting the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for the official adoption of this extension.
