Let us talk to our Pastors and Deaconesses regarding our National PCC ID, tayong mga Lay Professing Members. Please read the guidelines.

Available na po ang forms. Submit ng po tayo, as a Local Church Family Congregation, ilakip ang hard copies ng Information Sheet, with Pastor's Certification of Membership and Payment to our District Offices or Online po (per church/district/annual conference application).

This is the link for the ONLINE APPLICATION.

Application Forms should be encoded per local church. This may be accomplished by your church / district secretaries.

The Individual ID Information Sheets, duly signed and certified by the Administrative Pastor should be submitted to PCC Treasurer's Office together with your payment. Should you wish to make deposit / remit, please send a copy of your transaction slip to [email protected] or send pm.

Please make sure that you have ready soft copies of your foto and signature, Scan at 300 dpi.

3. Submit.
