🌹✨ “Ninety years of faith, love, and devotion — today we honor Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados with hearts overflowing in gratitude. From her humble chapel, our Blessed Mother journeys once more through the streets, embracing every home and every soul within her care. The procession winds through the community, a living testimony of unity and tradition, before she returns to her beloved dwelling. This sacred walk is more than a ritual; it is a reminder of how her presence has guided generations, strengthened families, and inspired hope in times of trial. As we celebrate this milestone, may we continue to walk together in faith, carrying her light into our lives and passing on this devotion to those who will come after us.

As the Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados Chapel commemorated nine decades of unwavering devotion, the faithful gathered in prayer, thanksgiving, and joy—grateful for the gift of faith that continues to flourish through generations.

The day’s sacred celebrations were graced by three devoted priests who led the community in worship and reflection.

With hearts overflowing in devotion, the faithful solemnly gathered for the Pontifical Mass of the Misa Mayor in honor of Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados. This sacred celebration was not only a liturgical highlight but also a profound moment of thanksgiving, as families, parishioners, and devotees came together to lift their prayers, entrusting their lives to the loving intercession of the Blessed Mother.

The Holy Mass was solemnly presided over by 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝑬𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑱𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝑭𝒖𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒂, 𝑫.𝑫., 𝑨𝒓𝒄𝒉𝒃𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒑 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝑪𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑨𝒓𝒄𝒉𝒅𝒊𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒍𝒂. In his homily, His Eminence shared a message that touched the hearts of many: “The story of Mary is our inspiration, for heaven is our destination. Heaven is the fulfillment of God’s dream and promise.” His words reminded us that Mary’s journey of faith is not only a story of obedience and humility, but also a living testimony that points us toward the eternal joy prepared by God.

As the community listened, there was a renewed sense of hope and strength. The trials of life may weigh heavily, but Mary’s example assures us that God’s promises are true, and His love leads us to the fullness of life. Her “yes” continues to inspire us to trust, to persevere, and to walk faithfully with eyes fixed on heaven—the true fulfillment of His love.

This celebration became more than a ritual; it was a living encounter with God’s promise. The faithful were reminded that heaven is not a distant dream but a reality we are called to prepare for each day, through love, service, and unwavering faith.
