Tamaraws, today we celebrate Pentecost Sunday, the fulfillment of Christ’s promise and the completion of Easter. On this day, the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles, Mary, and the disciples, giving birth to the Church and strengthening believers with divine love, courage, and truth.

As Christians, we are called to live not by the flesh, but by the Spirit, bearing fruits of peace, charity, faith, and hope in our daily lives. Through the Holy Spirit, may we continue to grow in faith and courage as we live out our mission even amidst challenges and trials.

Today, the Church also prays the beautiful Sequence Veni, Sancte Spiritus (“Come, Holy Spirit”), known as the “Golden Sequence” for its richness in prayer and reflection.

May the Holy Spirit guide and renew us all.

HAPPY FIESTA, TAMARAWS!

Ngayong araw, ating ipinagdiriwang ang Dakilang Kapistahan ng Mahal na Birhen ng Fatima, ang Ina at Pintakasi ng Pamantasan ng Malayong Silangan. Nagdala nawa ng galak sa bawat isa ang dakilang araw na ito sa ating kumunidad.

Bilang pagdiriwang, ating samahan ang ating Ina sa isang Maikling Prusisyon at Pagdarasal ng Santo Rosaryo sa ganap na ika-11 ng umaga at susundan ng Maringal na Misa sa ganap na ika-12 ng hapon. Ang lahat malugod na inaaanyayahan!

Maari po kayong magdala ng Bulaklak para sa pag-aalay.

Halina’t ipagdiwang ang ating Ina, ang Birhen ng Fatima!

Today, we celebrate and honor all mothers whose love, strength, and faith inspire us each day.

To all mothers, grandmothers, guardians, and mother figures, especially the amazing moms in the Far Eastern University community as teachers, staff, and employees, thank you for your dedication both at home and in serving others. Your hard work, compassion, and sacrifices do not go unnoticed.

May God continue to bless and guide all mothers who nurture their families with love and care. Happy Mother’s Day from the FEU Campus Ministry!
