Last Sunday was full of creativity, fun, and learning as our kids enjoyed another exciting Arts & Crafts activity while 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭.

But guess what?!

Like Peter, our leaders also need a concerned and prayerful church.

In Acts 12, the church gathered and earnestly prayed for Peter. In 2 Corinthians 1:8–9, Paul reminds us that our hope is not in ourselves, but in God.

Last Wednesday, we gathered not just to sing, but to seek God together. Through worship and prayer, we lifted up our leaders, our church, and every situation that needs His intervention.

Like the Psalms, we bring our cries and burdens to God, trusting in who He is.

With grateful hearts, surrendered to God's will, we
share with you that our beloved Administrative
Pastor, Pastor Fred Alibudbud, has gone home to
be with the Lord last September 29, 2026.

While we will surely miss his presence, we are
thankful for the life he lived, the lives he touched,
and the faith he so faithfully shared with us.

Let us continue to honor his legacy by carrying
forward the love, faith, and hope he poured into our
church family.

Please join us in prayer for his family, loved ones,
and our church family as we grieve and remember
his life with gratitude.

John 15:12-15 NIV
My command is this: 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐬 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.

As we continue to live out Jesus’ command to love one another as He has loved us, may we faithfully reflect His love in all that we do. What a beautiful privilege it is to be loved by Him and to be called His friends.

So, in our generation today, how can we spot a real friend?

𝐀𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐧, 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦.
They genuinely care. They ask how you’re doing, listen to your heart, and sincerely want what’s good for you.

𝐀𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐧, 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐤𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐠-𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐩 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐧𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐤𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐧.
They share life, faith, struggles, and the beautiful things God is doing. They bring encouragement, not gossip.

𝐀𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐧, 𝐧𝐚𝐠-𝐚𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭.
They give their time, prayers, presence, and support. They don’t drain you—they help you grow and become more of who God created you to be.

And maybe the best way to find a true friend is 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭.

Let’s be the kind of friend who cares, listens, encourages, prays, and walks with others through life and faith.
