The Global Young People’s Convocation and Legislative Assembly is a place for young people from all around the world to worship, pray, and work together. This gathering is held every 4 years, and the next will be in Tagaytay, Philippines from July 16-20, 2014. ie Rasmussen, an 11th grade youth member of Saint Paul's United Methodist Church in Tallahassee, Florida will be attending the Congress and serving as a voting delegate for the Southeast Jurisdiction of the United Methodist Church.
