Roughly half of us live in cities. Jesus himself walked city streets — in Cana, in Jericho, in Jerusalem… And just as he was present in those cities, Christ is present in ours: teaching, praying, celebrating, but also suffering among the poor, the forgotten, the imprisoned. This month, let us pray for the courage to recognize him there and, through our work and witness, bring the Gospel to the streets and homes of our metropolises. Through the Eucharistic Youth Movement (EYM), we accompany young people in encountering Jesus in the Eucharist, growing in prayer, and becoming missionaries to their fellow youth.

As the Holy Father reminds us, we are called to bring other young people closer to Jesus.

Pray with the Pope. Encounter Christ in the Eucharist. Be Formed. Be Sent. 🙏❤️
