Many consider Saint Jude the intercessor for hopeless cases. Neither science, nor the Church doctrine can prove this. But countless testimonies and granted prayers and miracles, yes!

We may not know many about Saint Jude, but we can say that his life as an apostole has brought him close to Jesus- the One he followed until the end.

May Saint Jude remind us that there’s nothing ever hopeless in Jesus Christ, our true hope, our light and salvation. 🫶🏻

The Prayer of the Poor

The poor person knows dependence. And that dependence becomes freedom.

He doesn’t need to perform.
He receives everything as a gift.
And that makes him grateful — even joyful.

When we learn to pray like the poor, prayer stops being an obligation.
It becomes rest.
It becomes breathing.
It becomes joy.

Because we finally realize:
we don’t need to impress God to be loved.
We are already loved. Jesus is inviting us to rediscover the simplicity of the prayer of the poor.

When you pray, don’t start by asking,
“What should I say to God?”
Start by asking,
“How do I stand before Him? Who am I before my Father?”

Come with humility. Come with trust. Come with truth.

And like the tax collector in the Gospel, you too will go home justified —
not because you prayed perfectly,
but because you prayed honestly.

“For all who exalt themselves will be humbled,
and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

Lord Jesus,
teach me the prayer of the poor.
Free me from the need to appear perfect before You.
Give me a humble and truthful heart.
Let my prayer be simple, trusting, and grateful.
And may I always find my peace —
in Your mercy and love.
Amen.

Deeply moved to see people kneeling in prayer before the statue of our Lady, Mother of Hope in her apparition site in Pontmain. 🫶🏻🙏🏼

Seeing such faith is a message of hope for me… and thus I thought of sharing this to everyone. Maybe you need this reminder too that Jesus is our HOPE, and He never lets us down!
