In today’s Gospel (Mark 10:17–30), Jesus reminds us that true riches are not found in possessions, but in following Him. When we let go of what holds us back, we make space for God to fill our hearts with grace, peace, and eternal joy.

Let us pray for the courage to trust in God’s promise — that in giving, we truly receive; and in following Christ, we find the fullness of life. 🙏

We, the Ministry of Lectors and Commentators, our hearts were deeply moved during our annual year-end recollection, lovingly conducted by Rev. Fr. Edric S. Bedural, former Vice Rector and Parochial Vicar of Nuestra Señora De Guia.

It was a day filled with grace, a time to pause, reflect, and renew our commitment to serve the Lord through His Word. Fr. Edric reminded us that we are not just lectors, we are called to be Christ-like lectors, proclaiming the Word not only with our voices but through the way we live our lives. 💚

His message touched our hearts and rekindled our passion to serve with deeper faith, humility, and love. Every reading becomes a prayer, every proclamation an offering, and every act of service a reflection of Christ Himself.

We concluded our recollection with the celebration of the Holy Eucharist at 12:15 PM, lifting up our prayers of thanksgiving for the gift of ministry and for the guidance that continues to sustain us in our mission. 🙏

With renewed spirits and grateful hearts, we go forth — ready to serve, to speak, and to live the Word of God with joy.

“What God has joined together, no human being must separate.”
— Mark 10:9

Today’s Gospel reminds us of God’s beautiful design for love and unity — not only in marriage but in all our relationships. We are called to be faithful, compassionate, and rooted in love that mirrors God’s own steadfast love for us.

Let us take this Sunday as a moment to renew our faith, strengthen our relationships, and entrust our lives to God who unites and blesses us in love.

IN PHOTOS || National Seafarers’ Day & Migrants’ Sunday, 10:00AM Mass || 09282025

We join in prayer and thanksgiving as we commemorate National Seafarers’ Day and observe Migrants’ Sunday.

We remember with gratitude the hard work, sacrifice, and dedication of our seafarers and migrant workers who bravely leave home to provide for their families and contribute to the nation. Truly, they are modern-day heroes. 🙏❤️

May the Lord keep them safe in their journeys, bless their families with strength, and grant them hope and comfort even when they are far from home. 🌍✨

Let us also be reminded to show compassion, support, and respect for all migrants and seafarers—our kababayans who carry the love of family wherever they go.
