When we think of ME & FRIENDS: Beyond the Surface, our hearts are filled. We wanted to say thank you to all who attended the event to listen and share their personal stories. The fact that everyone was so open and honest made this gathering really special.

In a world when it's simple to have surface-level friendships, this event inspired us to think about our friendships more closely and consider the kind of friend we want to be.

We hope that this experience will stay with you and inspire you to care about the people you're friends with to grow and learn with the right people and to always remember to put God at the center of your relationships with ME & FRIENDS.

Grateful hearts for a meaningful event held last Monday 💙

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who joined and made the event truly special. Your presence and participation brought life to the discussion and created a space for learning and reflection.

A heartfelt thank you as well to our dear guest speakers, Mr. Rafael Martinez and Mrs. Lou Mariz Martinez, for generously sharing their time, wisdom, and real-life experiences. Through their honest and insightful responses to students’ random yet thought-provoking questions—especially on the topic “Whose voice matters in a relationship?”—they inspired us to better understand communication, respect, and balance in relationships.

Indeed, it was more than just a talk—it was a moment of growth, connection, and deeper realization.

Thank you once again to everyone who became part of this memorable event ✨

When priorities clash—acad, barkada, family, responsibilities— Whose voice is heard first?

When decisions need to be made—big or small— Is it based on gender?
On who speaks louder?
