Christians should be the happiest,most enthusiastic people on earth.1 Thessalonians 5:16 says, Rejoice Always. Huwag nawa padadaig sa emosyon at galit na kung maaaring umiwas,iwasan. Lamangan mo ng saya lahat ng pait at buhusan ng pagmamahal lahat ng sakit sa kabila ng kahit na anumang galit.A laugh a day will keep negative people away. Remember that,the bigger the challenge you are facing kapatid, the more enthusiasm you need.As enthusiasm increases,stress and fear decrease.Have a strong faith and seek Jesus first. Philippians 2:5 says, "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus." Just add a smile, it's a powerful weapon and can break ice in tough situation. Have the same mindset as Jesus.
