As we observe All Souls' Day, we pause to remember and honor our loved ones, mentors, students, and friends who have gone before us.

𝙀𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢, 𝙊 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙪𝙥𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢. 𝙈𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙙𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙙, 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙤𝙙, 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚. 𝘼𝙢𝙚𝙣.

On this All Souls' Day, we come together in prayer and remembrance for the souls of our loved ones who have passed on, including those who may no longer be remembered by others. It is a time of reflection, gratitude, and connection to those who came before us. May they find solace in the gentle embrace of love and light and may their souls be uplifted from the shadows of forgetfulness. Let us unite in love and remembrance for those we have lost will forever remain in our hearts.

The Philippine Normal University Community stands in solidarity with its Catholic brothers and sisters in the solemn celebration of All Saints' Day.

All Saints' Day is a time to honor the countless saints—both canonized and un-canonized—who have exemplified faith and love throughout history. This day invites us to reflect on the lives of those who have gone before us, forming a "great cloud of witnesses" that inspires our spiritual journeys.

Ates and Kuyas, as we meditate on the Beatitudes from Matthew's Gospel, may we recognize that true sainthood is found in embracing humility, mercy, and love. Saints teach us that holiness is not about perfection but about living authentically in God’s grace. Let us strive to embody these values in our daily lives, drawing strength from the communion of saints as we continue our journey of faith. May we honor their legacy by living with purpose and compassion.
