Article I – Name
Section 1. – The name of this church shall be CHESED BIBLE CHURCH, INC., “Chesed,” Hebrew lovingkindness, mercy, goodness, reflecting our cognizance of God’s lovingkindness towards us, “Bible” reflecting our conviction that the Bible is God’s inerrant, infallible, and authoritative Word of God for all matters of faith and conduct, and “Church” reflecting our commission as part of Christ’s “called-out” people to preach His gospel and make disciples of all nations.

Our virtual choir presentation produced for our Virtual Chesed Bible Church 21st Anniversary Service yesterday Feb. 14. We praise and thank our LORD Jesus that through 21 years (we had our first worship service on Feb. 13, 2000 in a small canteen along San Marcelino St., Manila), with or without COVID, our LORD has kept our lampstand burning. Our ministry and majority of our members belong to our urban poor, and we do our best to uplift their condition, not only through financial assistance especially during our lockdown, but also giving full scholarships (from high school to college) for those who cannot afford to have their education.
