Heralds of Hope in Mission and Fellowship

The Midyear Meeting of District Deputies – Luzon North Jurisdiction of the Knights of Columbus gathers us once again in faith, fraternity, and service on January 17–18, 2026 at The Heritage Hotel Manila.

Guided by the theme “Heralds of Hope,” we renew our Evangelization Mission, deepening our love for Christ and His people, and strengthening our commitment to be living witnesses of the Gospel in our families, parishes, and communities.

Inspired by 2 Corinthians 5:20, “We are ambassadors for Christ,” we move forward as brothers called to proclaim hope, serve with charity, and lead with faith—now more than ever.

Five years ago today, on October 31, Father Michael McGivney, founder of the Knights of Columbus, was beatified in Hartford, Connecticut. A parish priest with a heart for his people, Father McGivney dedicated his life to strengthening families in faith and service. His vision of charity, unity and fraternity continues to guide the mission of more than 2.1 million Knights around the world today.

As we celebrate this milestone anniversary, we give thanks for the life and holiness of this humble priest who showed us what it means to live the Gospel in everyday life. May Blessed Michael McGivney continue to intercede for us, inspiring men to serve their families, their parishes and their communities with courage and compassion.
