• National Shrine of the Sacred Heart
• Nuestra Señora de Gracia Parish
• Our Lady of La Paz Parish
• Saint Andrew the Apostle Parish

• Santo Niño de Paz Mission Station
• Mary Mother of Hope Mission Station (Landmark and SM Chapels)

RENEWAL FORMATION REMINDERS:
There will be a pre-registration. The following are as follows:

1. Ministry heads should inform their members of the date and time of their formation schedule.
2. The Ministry Head will secure a recommendation letter for those members eligible for the renewal program signed by the parish priest, worship head, and the ministry head.
3. Kindly send the soft copy via: [email protected].
4. Deliver the letter to the ALC office.
5. Kindly see the attached sample letter of recommendation.
6. We suggest a simple donation fee of Php. 50.00 per member.
7. Formation will happen at the place designated.
8. Please come early and participate from the beginning until the end of the formation.
9. Schedule will be as follows:

11:00 am - Registration
12:15 nn - Holy Mass
1:00 pm - Break
1:30 pm - Formation
2:30 pm - Midafternoon Prayer and Home Sweet Home

Participants may bring their own food.
