On November 22, we set off the first '24-'25 UST Pax Romana EHS Unit club day!

The day began with a captivating history talk about Pax Romana, diving deep into its legacy and significance. ๐Ÿ“œ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Following this, we launched a fun and engaging activity called "Sino Yarn?" where we connected through our stories, sparking laughter and camaraderie. ๐Ÿงต๐Ÿชก

The excitement didn't stop there as we enjoyed a lineup of thrilling activities, making it a day to remember! ๐Ÿ“

On this blessed day, September 8, we celebrate the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, though the Sunday liturgy takes precedence. Mary, conceived without sin and pure as a lily, is not only the Mother of God but also our Mother, whose immaculate birth we honor today, nine months after the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception.

As Church dogma affirms her preservation from original sin by God's grace, let us follow Mary's example of humility and faith, allowing her to guide us in deepening our devotion to God.

READ: Cardinal Jose Advincula has suspended Fr. Alfonso Valeza from all priestly activities โ€œbecause of his persistent defianceโ€ of the Manila archbishop. โ€œHe is therefore prohibited from administering the sacraments. Any sacrament he administers is illicit,โ€ said the archdiocese.

Cardinal Advincula also took charge of the administration of St. Joseph Parish in Gagalangin, Tondo, Manila, where Fr. Valeza was serving, and assigned a new team ministry led by Fr. Reginald Malicdem, the archdioceseโ€™s vicar general.
