We are called to pursue righteousness with a heart that longs to follow God, trusting that it is the Holy Spirit alone who can truly fulfill and sustain us. Nothing and no one else can take His place.

This is how the Holy Spirit works in the lives of believers:

• The Holy Spirit satisfies those who hunger and thirst for righteousness.
• The Holy Spirit safeguards the sent.
• The Holy Spirit sustains His workers.
• The Holy Spirit sets the captives free.

In response, we are called to love God and keep His commands.

Sermon Title: The Work of the Holy Spirit at Work in the Lives of God’s People Around the World Today
Speaker: Great Mabuti Ph.D

John 16:13
“But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth.”

This sermon reminds us that the Holy Spirit continues to work in the lives of God’s people around the world today, guiding believers in truth, strengthening our faith, and leading us according to God’s will. His presence in our lives is a constant assurance that we are never alone, and through Him, we are empowered to live in obedience, unity, and purpose as followers of Christ.

Hope to see you there!

Even in a world where evil persists, the Holy Spirit is actively at work: restraining, guiding, and sustaining according to God’s perfect will.

And in His grace, He chooses to work through us. As the “salt and light of the world,” may our lives reflect His presence, bringing truth where there is confusion and light where there is darkness.

Yield to His leading. Let Him move through you, for His glory.

Reminding us that in God’s kingdom, true honor begins with humility, our memory verse for the month of April is found in 1 Peter 5:5–6.

This verse invites us to reflect on what it truly means to be humble. Not thinking less of ourselves, but choosing to put aside pride, to be teachable, and to treat one another with grace. It’s a posture of the heart that willingly submits, trusts, and serves.

God’s Word is clear: He opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. And when we choose to humble ourselves before Him, we can rest in the promise that He will lift us up at the right time.

Let April be a season of quiet surrender, steady trust, and a life marked by humility.

Sermon Title: The Work of the Holy Spirit of Restraining Evil in the World Today
Speaker: Dr. Edilberto Banzuelo

2 Thessalonians 2:6–10
“And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way.”

This sermon reminds us that even in a world where evil is active and present, the Holy Spirit is continuously at work—restraining wickedness, limiting chaos, and guiding believers to live in truth and righteousness. His presence within us is both a comfort and a calling to reflect God’s goodness in today’s world.

Hope to see you there!

Rest in the truth that He is not distant, but near to the believer—dwelling within, filling every part of our lives with His presence. We are not lacking; we are already complete in Him.

So instead of asking for more, choose to surrender more. Let Him lead, transform, and take full control of your heart each day.

Sermon Title: The Work of the Holy Spirit in the Old Testament Times
Speaker: Dr. Edilberto Banzuelo

Exodus 31:3
“And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills.”

This sermon will remind us that the Holy Spirit has been working from the very beginning, revealing His wisdom and presence throughout the lives of God’s people.

See you there!

Let us recall the lessons from the 𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉 𝒐𝒇 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 where we explored the transformative and essential roles the Holy Spirit plays in the life of Christ and our own journey of faith.

From His initial guidance to our daily walk, His work is the act of grace that sustains us. His presence is not a distant force, but a personal guide that ensures we are never alone.
• Faith & Revealed Truth: The nature of the Triune God transcends human logic. True understanding comes through faith in His revealed truth and Scripture, which shows us His character and purpose for creation. (1 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙨 2:10-11)
• The Pattern of Dependence: Even in His earthly ministry, Jesus lived and taught in total reliance on the Holy Spirit. If the Son of God chose to depend on Him, how much more should we as we navigate our daily lives? (𝙇𝙪𝙠𝙚 4:18)
• Sustained Through Trials: The Spirit empowered Christ during His final week of suffering and temptation. For us, who are fully human and flawed, dependence on the Spirit isn’t optional; it is our necessary source of strength. (𝙃𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙬𝙨 9:14)
• The Peace of the King: True response to Christ as King is more than just intellectual recognition; it is believing in Him as the only Savior whose blood cleanses us from sin and enables us to have peace with God. (𝙍𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙨 5:1)
• Growth & Family Blessings: Training ourselves to be godly is a journey that begins with personal discipline and extends its blessings to the whole family. As we walk with Him, He forms the patience and humility our homes need. (1 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙮 4:7-8)

Let these points be a reminder that we are not left to live the Christian life in our own strength. The Holy Spirit is our sustainer, our guide, and our constant power to choose what is right and live with purpose.

In a culture that equates "quitting" with failure and "holding on" with strength, these verses offer a different kind of wisdom: the peace of knowing when a season has ended.

These verses remind us that there is a time to search and a time to give up. This isn’t about defeat, but a divine discernment. It is the spiritual maturity to recognize that some things—a dream, a habit, or even a past version of ourselves—were meant to be a bridge, not a destination. When we reach the other side, carrying the bridge becomes a burden we weren't meant to bear.

We often fear that letting go means losing, but verse 6 suggests that "throwing away" is an act of stewardship for our souls. We must release what no longer fits our walk with God to make room for more. We don’t let go to become empty; we let go to become available. When we stop searching for things God has already closed the door on, we finally have the margin to notice the new thing He is doing right in front of us.

This week, ask for wisdom to look at what you are carrying. Trust that the Father who directed your “time to search” is the same one guiding your "time to give up." Let your life reflect the peace of a heart that trusts God’s timing more than its own grip.

Because He lives, we have a living hope. ✨

Rejoice in the truth that we are deeply blessed, fully loved, and secured in Christ, both now and for eternity. Even in the midst of life’s uncertainties, we can hold on to the promise of a future inheritance that will never spoil or fade.

Celebrate the hope that the resurrection brings!

Christ offers forgiveness. Not because we deserve it, but because He loves us.

On the cross, Jesus didn’t just suffer. He bore every sin, every hidden impurity we try to hide—He took it upon Himself.

Good Friday reminds us that His sacrifice was deeply personal. He saw us at our worst, in our brokenness and weakness and still chose the cross.

It’s a sacrificial kind of love. One that costs everything. It's also a healing kind of love. Because through His wounds, we are made whole and freed from the burden of guilt. Through His sacrifice, we are given new life - a new beginning.

Today, we pause and reflect that when we confess our sins to Jesus, we are forgiven, not because we earned it, but because He chose to love us.

On the night before the crucifixion, when every moment was leading Him closer to suffering, Jesus chose to kneel.

He took the place of a servant and gently washed the feet of His disciples. The same disciples that would soon run away and desert Him. The same disciples that would fail Him. And yet, He loved them fully, humbly, and without hesitation.

In a world that constantly tells us to rise, to be seen, and to be served, Jesus shows us a different way - one that bends low, chooses humility, and serves others even when it’s undeserved.

Maundy Thursday is not just a remembrance of what He did, but an invitation to live like Jesus.

To love beyond comfort.
To serve without seeking recognition.
To extend grace, even when it’s difficult.

Because real love doesn’t try to rise above others—it’s willing to kneel even when it’s undeserved.

John 13:14–15:

“Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.”
