God is more interested in who we are becoming than how big our ministry becomes.

A ministry can grow quickly, but if character does not grow with it, the platform can become bigger than the person carrying it. God does not only prepare our hands for the workโ€”He prepares our hearts for the weight of the calling.

๐Ÿ“– 1 Samuel 16:7 โ€” โ€œPeople look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.โ€

Before God entrusts us with more people, influence, responsibility, or opportunities, He often works quietly within usโ€”teaching us humility, patience, integrity, obedience, forgiveness, self-control, and faithfulness.

How to become a faithful servant?

1. Let God correct you before He promotes you.
Donโ€™t resist the seasons when God reveals areas of your character that still need surrender. Correction is not rejection sometimes it is preparation.

2. Choose faithfulness over visibility.
Not everything you do for God needs to be seen by people. What matters is that God sees it.
๐Ÿ“– Colossians 3:23

3. Protect your character more than your reputation.
Reputation is what people think about you character is who you are when nobody is watching. Walk with integrity even when there is no applause.

4. Stay teachable.
A faithful servant never reaches the point where they say, โ€œI already know everything.โ€ Remain humble enough to receive correction and wise enough to keep growing.

5. Serve from intimacy with God, not just activity for God.
Your ministry should flow from your relationship with Jesus. Donโ€™t become so busy serving God that you neglect the God you are serving.
๐Ÿ“– John 15:5 โ€” โ€œApart from me you can do nothing.โ€

Keep serving. Keep growing. Keep surrendering.
God is not finished with you yet.

These are the words of him who has the sharp, double-edged sword.
