VICJM Sunday Service Highlights

💛 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀.💛

In today's message, “Dedicate Our Lives to Doing Good,” based on Ephesians 2:10, we were reminded that God created us with a purpose. We are not saved because of our good works, but because of our faith. And because we have received His grace, we should also show His goodness through our lives.

Doing good can be as simple as speaking kind words, showing kindness, loving others, and doing our work honestly and sincerely. We may not always notice the difference we make, but even small acts of goodness can mean a lot to someone. 🤍

May we continue to use our lives, time, and abilities to do what is good and to be a blessing wherever God places us. After all, we were created in Christ Jesus to do good works.

𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀; 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱.🤍

In today's message, “As Believers, We Must Remain Victorious in Faith,” we were reminded that staying strong in faith means allowing the Spirit of God to guide us, choosing to follow His will, and continuing to trust Him in every situation.

There may be days when we feel tired or discouraged, but we don't have to give up. Let us keep trusting God, keep doing what is right, and keep moving forward in faith.

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9

𝙎𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨

𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮. 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚. ⚖️

Today's message, "Those Who Will Face God's Judgment in His Appointed Time" based on 2 Peter 2:9, reminded us that God sees everything and nothing is hidden from Him. He patiently calls people to repent, remain faithful to His truth, and reject anything that leads them away from Him.
May we continue to trust in the Lord, stand firm in His Word, and live each day in a way that honors Him, knowing that God's justice is perfect and His promises never fail.

"The Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of judgment." — 2 Peter 2:9

𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙞𝙨𝙣’𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙙𝙤 𝙞𝙣 𝙘𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙝—𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙬𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙙𝙖𝙮.

Through the encouraging message, "Worship That Pleases God" based on Romans 12:1–2, we were reminded that the best worship we can offer is a life fully surrendered to God. As we follow His will, turn away from sin, renew our minds, and choose to live according to His Word, our lives become a pleasing offering to Him.

"Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship." — Romans 12:1

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱'𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱, 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

As we reflected on James 1:22–25 through the message "Live Out the Word of God," we were reminded that God's Word is not only meant to be read but also to be lived out every day. As we obey His teachings, choose what is right, forgive others, and follow His will, our lives become a reflection of His love and truth.

"Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says." — James 1:22

𝗔 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗿𝗴𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Through the message "The Faithful Servant of God" from 2 Timothy 2:14–16, we were reminded to avoid useless arguments, remain faithful in handling God's Word, and stay away from conversations that lead us away from holiness.

As followers of Christ, we are called to focus on what builds faith, live according to God's truth, and serve Him with sincerity and obedience. A faithful servant chooses wisdom over arguments and seeks to honor God in both words and actions.

"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth." — 2 Timothy 2:15

𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁.

We were reminded to set aside selfish ambition, value others above ourselves, and genuinely care for one another. True humbleness is shown through love, kindness, and putting others before ourselves. May we continue to live with humble hearts and reflect the love of Christ in the way we treat others. Have a blessed and victorious week ahead! 🤍

Happy Father's Day to all the fathers in our church! 🤍

Today, we honor and appreciate every father for their love, sacrifices, hard work, guidance, and faithful dedication to their families. Thank you for being godly examples, providers, protectors, and sources of strength in your homes and in the church.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our Pastor and to all the fathers who continue to serve the Lord faithfully. May God bless you with wisdom, strength, good health, and abundant joy as you lead your families according to His will.

Special thanks as well to Kuya Ludovico Bergundo Jr., who was unable to join the prayer because he was busy buying food for the celebration. Your willingness to serve is greatly appreciated. May God richly bless you and your family for your kindness, generosity, and servant's heart.

May the Lord continue to guide, protect, and strengthen all our fathers. Happy Father's Day! 🙌🏻🤍

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁.

Another blessed Sunday service reminding us to keep trusting in God. Even when we do not understand everything, we can rely on His plans, stand on His promises, and acknowledge Him in all that we do. His wisdom is greater than ours, and His guidance never fails.
May we continue to trust Him wholeheartedly, surrender our worries to Him, and walk confidently in the path He has prepared for us.🙌🏻🤍

Another blessed Sunday service filled with worship, His Word, and a reminder that God desires a close relationship with us. As we seek Him with sincere hearts, turn away from sin, and put Him first in our lives, He faithfully draws near to us.
