Sto Thomas Aquinas Parish Church St Thomas Aquinas Parish - Mangaldan, Pangasinan - established in 1600. STAP is under the pastoral care of the Team Ministry: Fr Hernan C. Nicolas. Cabrera, Fr.

Caronongan and Fr Douglas C. Assisted by Bishop Jesus A. Jejune Herramia, Fr Mario Morales and Fr. Felipe Matias. The Parish Pastoral Council is currently headed by Bro Albert Biagtan, supported by other officers, WESTY Coordinators, servant leaders of various religious organizations, and the Barangay Pastoral Council Coordinators.

After a week's back breaking round-the-clock work, the first phase of the Sto. Tomas Parish Church renovation in Mangaldan, Pangasinan is finally complete (well, almost) in time for the town fiesta. The project, which involved the installation of the Main and side retablos and liturgical furniture, was blessed in simple rites by Lingayen-Dagupan archbishop Most Rev. Socrates Villegas. VitreArtus thanks the pastors and parishioners of Mangaldan for entrusting this project to us.
